The way it usually goes is you go out on a date, and after that first impression you either go for the second one, or you remember there are more fish in the sea. That's the typical case. The problem is when the date is now with a product that's not like the rest. A device that's just as powerful as the sea of flagships in 2019, but then ups the ante with something the rest can't do. I've had the S3, S5, S6, Note 7.. S7 Edge, Note 8 and now the Note10+.. never going back to the S after the Note, I love it.
My life has started with the SII LTE, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S8+, Note 8, S9, S9+, Note 9, S10+, now the Note 10+... omg it is so beautiful. Samsung for another 10+ years!!!

I am currently debating between the Note 8 or S9+ for my next purchase. I've never owned a note but I've had several from the S line. At this point either would be an upgrade, but I was wondering between the 2 which did you like better ?

Weird. I've had pretty bad battery on SD 855. 😕 I don't know if it's just because the phone is still getting used to my usage though.
@SEXY FORD FRS Well, they are still updating the S7 every month with security patches and even latest android etc etc. So it will take time before you need a custom kernel now days ;)
Upgrading to this from an s7 was a huge jump, and I'm loving it

Samsung note 10 plus is the new king of all phones...specs, features, design, battery size, ram...pure king, no weakness. Who watched this video with Note 10 or 10 plus besides me?
Pretty sure it's weakness is that it doesn't have a headphone jack

i left my note9.. i can tell you its significantly better, the battery life alone is a winner. my note9 used to die at 5pm.. Note10 plus i had 25% when I went to sleep last night.. love it. then there's better everything compared to the note9.

I left iphone got the note 10+ instead, it's worth every penny! Iphone is so overrated, people are trapped in there ecosystem that's all! All i can say is, get over it and wake up! Iphone can't compare with any flagship of android, even huawei and oneplus are way ahead in this game.

I was hoping Samsung would make a 10 year anniversary model to reward all the loyal note fans instead we lost the headphone jack no nice refresh rate and has less ppi them my note 9 and we get the s pen gimmicks like your channel also very good practical reviews.

Agreed, every dollar spent is worth it (coming from a Note 8) the difference in performance is night and day! I'm loving everything about it and the missing jack hole.... not even noticing it same goes for the front camera.

I initially thought that air gestures of S-Pen are superficial and that I won't be using them at all. Time came that I end up using them when I was traveling and I have to switch from video and photo from a distant and take them. Great feature! Loved the automatic suggestions when taking photos so that I don't have to switch to different capture types (like night mode, food, portrait, etc.). I like the best shot angle suggestions as well. Overall, my biggest issue is the placement of the power/lock button because I end up locking my phone when I intended to volume it down, or I keep bringing down the volume of other phones like older Samsung models or iPhones when I intend to lock their screens. But yes, I'm loving Note 10+. Great upgrade from Note 8.
I agree 100% with everything that you wrote. I had the Note 8 for a year & a half tnen the S10+. They gave me a S10+ to use till my preordered Note 10+ arrived. This Note 10+ is the cats pajamas. Dex is great & the your phone app is awesome with Windows 10. 👍🏻
This is the best phone in all aspects hands down! Its gorgeous, fast, all day battery life, and you can use it all day and don’t want to put it down...

I had the s10 plus with brightness at 60% at 4k. With note 10 plus I have it at 50% brightness 4k. And yes this phone is great. I originally got note 10 and switched it to note 10 plus im happy.
On my 3rd day with my Note 10+ and I'm in love with it ;)

@@torichu8228 mate 20 pro is a great device actually. I just let it go because of the US trade ban issue back then. That being said, the mate 20 pro is not much of a heavy gaming phone, it lagged a bit in high graphics demanding games

I'm loving my Note 10+ in Aura Glow so far. It's insane to me what they've done with the earpiece and top speaker. It's undetectable and I love that you can't cover it. If they could do the same with the bottom speaker and also retain rich and full volume, bass, and clarity that would be amazing. I use a Sennheiser Presence Bluetooth headset for phone calls and use the Galaxy Buds to listen to music, so I've pretty much gone wireless. Therefore the death of the headphone jack doesn't really bother me but, I would like to see it come back because the only time I really have a need for it is when I want to film and capture audio with my Rode VideoMic. The real slap in the face about the lack of the headphone jack though is that the dongle is not included in the box and is an extra expense to the consumer.

@@earthyvstv2478 I just got mine delivered today along with my Spigen case but I don't even want to open it until I can add my whitestone dome screen protector that comes tomorrow!! Lol. I think you made the right decision. Android just has so many customizable options! My kids use iphones and I honestly dont get it! But to each his own! However I do use an ipad pro for browsing and drawing, however my note phones are the best! I think you will love it.
Went from a note 5 to the 10+ and it feels futuristic. Best off just gettin the flagships n then holdin onto them for a few cycles. Def mkes it worth the price! Thanks for the review!

First thing I do is turn off all animations. Animations is something Apple users love lol.
I love using the Spen for capturing cropped images and text, also if I need temporary text in images that I need to copy. Editing images is a unparalleled experience on the note and when streaming movies of family photos on a smart TV the Spen is a great remote. The new Spen would be great when casting presentations using your phone, dex is a welcome addition to the office. The only other phone brand that is comparable is the hauwei with easy projection and desktop experience, samsung paved the way for this and IpadOS is slowly implementing these features. Not long before the phone becomes a viable full blown PC, this would change the coroprate world with office on the go. We just need a dock that can add CPU, GFX power like a Nintendo switch, that would be a dream!
I once told my friend about a great idea I had about a phone that could do everything back in the nokia days and when the Sony walkman phones came out I told him "we're almost there" and I'll say that again now.

where did you get the wallpaper you are using on your note 10.
Surprisingly the screen protector is actually good, it doesn't impact the sensitivity. I do believe thisbohone is a keeper, atleast until s11 pro

Got it I love it. Not a perfect phone but none are. Miss the gesture smoothenesss on iPhone but I'll get used to the buttons again. Love that you can actually see the display outside lol

I bought 2 covers for a Note10+.
One of them is clear both front and back.
Even though the control button is on the left, I'm right handed, I hold my phone in my left. For me no problem turning on the phone.
If one is right handed, natural thing is to hold the note with the left, use S-Pen with the right. So logical thing is buttons to the left side, clear side to the right, as they've done so.

@hevchev go look at a oneplus 7 pro, then say who cares. Literally, drive to the tmobile store in your area, ask to look at a one plus 7. And look at the smoothness

I went from a Note 8 and I love the upgrade. Maybe not so much from the 9, but a nice leap from the 8.

@@SharedCookies this might be weird, but .... I feel less anxious about getting a response from friends and family. I noticed people who have imsg tend to focus a lot on that 3 texting dots, but the galaxy have taught me to not worry about that anymore... I feel less stressed. Apple did this on purpose to keep us coming back to their products, but that type of codependency is very unhealthy. I went to the store and got my note10 & I felt so happy.... def- an investment for someone with anxiety. I hope this proves that we should move on from apple.

That great big display, battery, performance, great ui, good sound, great camera, beautiful design...hands down the Best Phone in the market...Don't care about the 3.5 jack, it's 2019 where most of us use bluetooth...
I want from note 5 to note 10 plus. So far very pleased with the results. One thing that surprised me is how much better the radios and modems are in the note 10 plus. I no longer get dropped calls and in areas where I couldn't use 4G data I now have reasonably fast 4G data transfers.
You should keep the protective film on the note 10 that comes out to you. They are fully compatible with the fingerprint sensor . Other protective films may not work as they say they do.
The Note 10+ is the best phone out right now.
So the problem is how do i charge it on a car because charging cable is USB-c both ways
I use the charger that came with my S8.
Get one of the car charger to 120v adapters.
Mine plugs into the car charger and on the top of the adapter has 2 household 120v wall plugins. Also has 1 USB port.
I purchased the Note 10+ on launch day from the Note 9 and I simply love it!!!! Can't wait for the Note 11!!

Its all about that s-pen and samsung pay for me. It is for those 2 reasons that i will always have a note in my pocket.

Great review Jaime. I must say, everyone thinking the button placement is weird on the left...its a note. Holding it in your left hand and using the s.pen in your right hand it really is perfect.

@@Pocketnow I'm a lefty. Having it on the right was not the best, but now having it on the left totally killed it.
Having all the buttons on one side also allows for the device to be placed on its side and the buttons activated without engaging buttons on the opposite side.
I ordered this phone and it will be coming sometime tomorrow. I can't wait!

Yeah. It looks like the Note 9 is the last all-things-included, full featured, no compromise Note. I'll be holding on to mine for some years to come as it does everything I want a device to do and then some. The Note 10 + is pretty killer too no doubt about it, but the 9 has all the bases covered for me.

@@Optimistas777 I recently purchased the Note 10 plus for a great deal. Although it's missing a headphone jack, led light from notifications, it's a great phone. However, the improvements made in Note 20 Ultra does not warrant the price. Which is another reason why I went with Note 10 plus. Last, I'm left-handed, and this phone works very well for me. I still believe if they had placed a headphone jack on the Note 10 plus, it would have sold like hotcakes!
Are you kidding me with the battery life being the same!?! I came from a Note 9. I took this thing off the charger before work (at 8am) to try out an experiment batterywise. It is now 8pm (12 HOURS LATER) and I'm still at 21% and I have been on my phone watching UA-cam and playing games off and on at work all day! I can tell you right now, my note 9 would NOT have lasted this long and I'm currently at 6hrs 35 mins screen on time with battery saver OFF! The batter is Amazing and way better than the note 9 at least.
