At 10:57 that postmark is just blotted. The stamp is a perf 12 Scott catalog # 331 issued in December, 1908. It is almost certainly postmarked February 12 , 1909.
At 26:39 that's George Washington on on a Scott 336 catalog value $6.00, but with that poor centering only $1.50, but very cool Registered cancellation times. There were probably 2 of them paying the 2 cent postage plus the ten cent registration fee. Don't use that on for artwork, too cool as a stamp.
