Symptom 7 - Vol. 1 [Album - 2007]

Symptom 7 are an Alternative Metal band that formed in New York City possibly in 2001 (as that is the earliest archive of their old website listed). Their page on ReverbNation describes the band as a "...massive sounding power trio" and describes their sound like this: "While incorporating many genres of metal into one, the final product that SYMPTOM 7 produces is a groove oriented grind with thought provoking lyrics and over the top virtuoso playing." The band has performed with notable acts such as King's X, Anvil, and Texas Hippie Coalition.
Vol. 1 was released on June 24th, 2007. It was the first of two known releases for the band and was supposedly "...a top seller for Into the Whip Records, DZ/Records indie mother label.". Their second album "Hogs Tooth" was released on May 1st, 2014. The band called it quits two years later.
