Thanks for the unboxing. I would like to know if you are still satisfied with this product because I am looking for a good travel stand for my embroidery hoops.
Yes I am! I take these with me to all the stitching retreats. You can now get this at hobby house if you catch it when it’s in stock instead of waiting for a year to be made.
Huzzah! Glad you got yours. I placed my order in July, so based on this video I'm thinking I might get the invoice in Maaayyy next year lol maybe. Gives me plenty of time to set aside the money for it.
Yeah! I was so happy to receive confirmation. I wasn’t actually sure if I was going to get it this year due to the war so I was surprised when I received their email. Which one did you order?
@@BernStitches got the invoice and paid to be shipped this month, so it's less than 6 months now :D have you had time to use it and give a proper review?
@@zebstitches yes! I’m actually about to go in a trip and bring it with me. I’ll make an updated video when I’m back 😀 I’m excited for you! I really like mine
I stitch everything in hand, even my full coverage pieces, so this is not for me, but I love watching other stitchers use all these tools. This does look really nice! I just wonder if your hands don't get tired when you have to keep them in the air all the time while stitching... I rest my arms on a table during stitching.
That looks like a very well made hoop stand. I have purchased over five different hoop-stands, none of which I’ve liked for various reasons. So please do n update on how you like this stand. How sturdy it really is, can one cross stitch with it while sitting on a sofa, is it bulky, etc. thanks Bernadette.
Are you looking for a lapstand/desktop stand or more of a stand similar to lowery? I bought this for traveling and stitching in my office during lunch breaks. For my nightly stitching on the sofa, I have the daylight smart stand that I bought from Amazon. It holds hoops and qsnaps really well and have been using it for a long time now
@@BernStitches I need a sturdy lap stand that I can use on my lap while stitching on the sofa. So far the ones I’ve purchased have been either too flimsy, do not hold the hoop tight enough, too wobbly, or just plain a nuisance. I will need to keep looking. The Potoky sure looks nice, but that’s a bit out of my price range. I sure appreciate your response though. Thank you.
@@marisolreyes6502 This is not a stand that sits sturdy in my lap as the base is not wide enough. On a table, it's fine. It tends to fall between my legs. I have to use something beneath it, like a chopping board to balance on my lap better. I actually found some Thanksgiving wall art, that was 90% off from Michaels and the frame has a lip, so it seems more like tray. It is perfect to keep items from sliding off. I use it to hold the stand, my scissors, thread, Apple pencil etc. I even cut some rubbery shelf liner to keep it from sliding.
Do you sit at a desk when you stitch or a table or can you use this stand on your lap if you stitch sat on a sofa please … I tend to stitch in hand and don’t use frames or Q snaps 😊
I bought this stand mainly for traveling but have tried it on my couch. I basically put it between my legs while sitting down and it worked really well!
It looks so well made! I kinda want one now lol.
Yes! It is very well made. Definitely worth the wait.
Can’t wait to get back to my stitching after 3 weeks holiday in Florida ❤
I hope you had the best time!

This is a good idea. I can’t afford to shell out $200 plus, but I can certainly save so by the time I get the invoice, I’ll have the money

You can tilt this down as much as you want so your hands won’t have to be hovering the entire time 😊

Is this a mini? I've been waiting for almost a year too
Yes, this is the MINI. I'm sure yours will be ready soon!
Thanks for the unboxing! How do you access the back of your stitching to end threads?
You should be able to flip it as long as your frame is around 11x11
Where the big knob is, that portion holding the hoop/w-snap turns very easily to access the back. It's the greatest little tabletop stand!

Hi is there a way to stop the head where the frame goes from spinning
You should contact Velke. Mine doesn't spin.
@@BernStitches hi thanks for answering me. Can I use this stand as a sit on stand?
@@ריביאיילit depends on where you sit. I’m able to on mine but I have a deep couch and I also sit cross legged
Hello there. Been waiting for all your updates.. 🙃Miss u
