I love this idea! Here's my list: ~ pulling weeds in the yard ~ brushing my dog and watching all of the poofs of hair while he's shedding for summer ~ watching birds ~ walking / with my dog or friends to get coffee ~ playing animal crossing outside
Lovely video - thanks for sharing! Two to add ! I like to intentionally change up my breakfast as the season change!!! Just to mark the occasion and add something that feels seasonally appropriate. Of course brekkie may not be the same every day, but generally, for me, I tend to stick to a similar theme then! And the other thing, I consciously pay attention to the “stretch” in the evening. Taking a few minutes later and later each day to notice the light fade to dark. I live near the sea, which makes this extra enjoyable, but I think it works wherever you are. Makes you grateful for the “extra hours” as they roll round! ❤
Thank you so much for those additions! Lovely ideas 🥰 I love the idea of doing something different for breakfast to mark the season change and I can see that working whether you’re a year-round porridge eater or you have different things each day! And the longer evenings are just bliss aren’t they?!
I love the ideas of eating outside more and looking out for particular flowers/plants and animals while out and about!
Thanks! I hope you enjoy next time you go for a walk :)
