Interesting that he never used these setups in his fights.

What, he totally did.. I remember him doing this in his fights, absolutely. He is giving his real secrets away here.. for sure... I watched everyone of his fights, including those in Canada, where he began as a flashy striker, to were he perfected the blueprint that basically is what so many champions used after him, including Habib...

@@Arrogan28 he didn't use all of these set ups. He did use some of them though. I'm sure someone like GSP has successfully performed almost every possible technique in a sparring setting though even against very high level guys.

In his early fights he didn’t use these much, but as he progressed he implemented these.

@@JehuMartin his first fights in Canada and in UFC were far flashier, until he developed a more defensive striking style after getting lucky ko’d by someone he was a much better fighter then, and he realized anyone can get caught without proper guard/defense. He adopted the superman punch as a sort of better jab, many people never saw his earlier fights in canada where he was doing spinning jump kicks, etc. different beast. He was more exciting to watch in his earlier fights, but a smarter fighter as time went on…. Until he blueprinted the game for khabib with defensive striking mixed with beatiful takedowns…
He beat the grapplers at their own game, between training with Danaher and the Canadian Wrestling team, he managed to make transition from stiker to primarily grappling…
