Really impressed with Jorgenson’s 4th place behind a full podium of the world, european and olympic champion time trial. Also a big chapeau to Gee and Lazkano for being in the top 10 💪
To me Jorgenson is my silent favorite tbh, the way he rode in PN, i don't really see him do much less compared to the rest unless he cracks after consecutive climbing stages.
@@dardo1201 Good point, I agree. I don’t see him cracking the last 3 stages tbh, he’s a great all-rounder
@@dardo1201 he's really strong but last the three stages here are so much harder than Paris Nice, I expect Roglic, Ayuso, Tao, CRod and probably Remco (although not sure how he'll go in the mountains) to finish ahead of him on GC
I think gee may have been 4th if not close if he didn't miss a corner
The mountains will decide
Remco been working hard on his media coaching in the office season.
Remco's interviews have improved tremendously. Giving credit to staff, sponsors and equipment.
He learned to say "all the right things"
Hope Roglic & Remco keep safe, probably we´ll have a very interesting Tour this year
Yes hopefully they stay safe to fight for 3rd.
@@Navyyseal2895 the podium still is unclear, With Jonas coming back from his accident his shape is unknown, Pogi is the strongest but 3 weeks of racing a lot can happens
I think it’s safe to say that we have no idea who’s going to win. There are a lot of good legs in the peloton right now, it’s going to be a great tour regardless, can’t wait!
Ummm...
That didn't last long now did it ...
REMCO EEEEEEEVENEPOL
I like that UA-cam offered to translate this into English for me.
i needed this soo much
@@AaronDeutsch Apparently it has one "E" less in English. Who knew?
@@AaronDeutsch And it's 1:1 the same text. The algo having a sense of humor with this one haha
Will never get old as an intro.
Striking how the two best TT guys resist the temptation to get out of the saddle towards the line. Aero for the win!
Knowing now the aero disadvantage I always cringe a bit when I see them going out the saddle at the finish
Well deserved for Remco...the only rider gaining time on Tarling in the second part of the TT!
Don’t forget josh is like 19yo A BEAST
Remco expressed gratitude, humility and optimism in his interview. This is a vast improvement over some of his previous comments and attitudes. I think I may actually start rooting for him. He is making great strides in his performances and maturity. Watch this man.
I would love to ride on what you guys consider "bad road surface"
Lol, fair. makes me wonder where you live?
@@fa2man910 quebec
These roads look like Majorca in comparison to Surrey
in comparison, Toronto looks like a gravel race
@@ProWeAreSo You can say that again 😅
This moment when you start the video looking forward to your Reeeemco pronunciation 🥰🥰
Just when I thought the space bellend helmets took the biscuit along come Ineos with the beef flaps
You didn't mention Lazkano.
He was actually the fastest of them all on the last part from time check 2 to the line.
I saw this on TV, and immediately thought of Lantern Rouge's introduction, and BOOM! there it is 😂
Dereeeeek! What a ride, always pleasure watching him fight!
he even made the same mistake like politt and made 6th place!
Derek Gee and "G" Thomas is going to continue to confuse me
🙏Great recap, thanks for all you do.
At this form Pogi won't feel that lonely at the Tour
Remco post-race interview even more on form than his TT
Rog is a patient man. He'll win but wont sacrifice his TDF
Remco going to reach the pink trendline on every climb at the tour, I've still got faith 🙏
As soon as I hear that Remco has won, I’m waiting for the REEMCO EVEENEPOEL intro from LR. I now hear it in my head when seeing the results on PCS, thanks LR for ruining my life.
*enhancing
Good coverage, thanks.
Remco Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevenepole!
As Pogacar frustrated Ganna at Giro' ITT, Remco did it with Tarling at Dauphiné' ITT as well.
Can someone explain the Kask eye flaps?
Ask Hambini.
@@brotherfranciz i'd rather not; i don't even like the look of his thumbnails, never mind actually playing his vids. looks too clickbaity ragey. i guess he's not a fan of the flaps then? are they to block out the blur of the road whizzing past them underneath as they tuck their heads down but strain to look up the road, like horse blinkers so they can focus/not get distracted, or is it just another aero fad? surely not the former, but then why wouldn't they be see-through if it's just the latter?
Remco "probably just running one-by" - 😆
I want to see Remco vs Gonna, I hope they're both going to the tour
Hmm🤔🤨 Remco recovering so well from broken bones etc, sends chills up Pogacar's spine. Vingegaard is COMING!
Thats what im thinking too
The Tour this year will be Legendary.
@@MiguelCyc only if vingegaard is ok and goes
@@MiguelCyc well said, might even over-shadow the Olympics
The wonderboi is back
Commentary was tops this vid
Do you know if Cort is finished yet?
Where can I watch the Dauphine from Germany?
TT bike Remco used was beautiful
The helmet mods are ridiculous. Where does it end. The year is 2054 and the rider has been genetically altered in the womb to resemble a large, UCI legal tadpole.
Tarling will be back to pocket the Olympic TT gold. Thank you very much.
Has anyone ever looked as good on TT bike?
Roglic for GC, maybe a Spaniard or two to join him. Will be a fascinating last few days.
Comb the desert!
2:28 H@H@H@H@H@H@H@H@H@H@H@H@
I have it before, never doubt Remco
Remco still has the coms junction down the front, more aero. 👍🏼
Jorgenson might win this with ayuso and rogla on the podium. If remco beats them this announces one of the best tdf ever actually
Where is everyone who previously thought Sepp Kuss could win La Tour😂😂
They give you a good laugh don't they. I like the bit where they deny he was gifted the vuelta
"Everyone" ... really? Are you referring to a select few individuals? The event has been consistently promoted as a competition among the top four GC men, assuming their participation. Attempting to identify a potential replacement for Vingo in the event of his absence does not necessarily imply that these individuals believe he has a chance of winning.
i like TTs races😉
Dereeeeek Geeeeevenepoel
Pogi should really try out some s-works bike
Yall reckon Jorgensen can beat Remco again a la Paris Nice?
Has primoz ever lost a 1 week stage race??
Barring disaster, GC's gotta be Roglics' for the taking~
RRRRRRRRREMCO EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVENEPOEL
Those Classified hubs aren't working too well for Ineos. First Ganna in the Giro and now Tarling in the Dauphine
This is sarcastic, right? Ganna won a Giro TT and came second in the other.
They probably weren’t using it here as the whole stage would be in the big ring
@@dancooperish nope, 98-99% efficiency compared to a standard setup (depending of which tests you read). Take that over two time trials lasting over 40 minutes power and, I'm of the opinion that, this cost Ganna and Tarling 1st place. This is just my opinion though, you are free to have your own
I guess this is why Remco didn't do anything crazy yesterday.
Because he had no Legs in the uphill finish when attacking starting....primoz too
He has flat band at front wheel
Remco is good but not good enough in the big mountains
True, world class one day and puncheur type tho. Appreciate all the big fish in this amazing stacked peloton right now.
your comment is a truism, the tours favor climbers that doesn't mean they are top runners. Just put the same number of time trial stages as there are stages for climbers and I bet none of these stars win these events
Did you forget he won the Vuelta ????
@@marcvandenbroecke331 He won the Vuelta because Roglic crashed out of the race. 1 big tour he won and laat year he fell true every big race. Vuelta and Giro. He is not a GC rider
Wouter you're an AI, Remco would've won Giro last year if he didn't have to bail out due Covid...
good win by remco but hes certaintly no pogacar the goat🐐
Pogacar is the doping goat 🐐 💉
@@justinflow891 And he's occasionally beaten by CLEAN guys, right
No spolers Plz~!!
🇧🇪
Dislike for the spoiling title... Wtf
cry
Can we give time penalties of one minute for super ugly helmets?
Remco the puffer fish... Dude is bloated like a corpse
No wonder Visma became trash when they're using 'experts' like you.
Patrick doesn't have the power to prevent jonas and wout crashing
FORTY minutes of pure pain. Hats off to all the riders. 👍
Remco just too good! 😁
