Basically Yessssssss
exactly what i thought lol!!!
It's always good to know our opponent's address. - Yasser Seirawan.
Uncle Zaz lmao
@@gonzalo4658 nice name ahahahhaah
Fischer knew this. That's how he became a paranoid schizophrenic.
"If you notice, your opponent lives in Southern California. That means the most opportune move would be bishop to B5. If he had lived in Southern Kentucky, we would be looking at bishop to g2, essentially fianchetto'ing our bishop on the longest white diagonal."
@@misterreelmfao i dont get any of the references here but it for some reason is incredibly hilarious.
We need more Yasser! He is the Professor of Chess. His lectures are truly outstanding.
Check out St. Louis Chess Club.
He has hundreds of hours of lessons over there. I'm so glad I found he's done all these videos with GM Asan. (Thank you chess.com!) And thank you Asan!
That's the whole truth. Awesome content.
Yes truly the best. Just a joy to listen to as well
How do you attack? Push 'em baaaby !
We NEED more Yasser on the Chessbrah channel. I want a weekly 1-3 hour stream from him! He's the best teacher there ever was.
aman hambelton habits is outstanding.
No one:
Yasser: "The vagaries of fashion and theory do fluctuate greatly."
The energy this man puts out is like melting butter. A good cup of tea and a Yasser video is a perfect night cap.
mmm butter
Yasser's slow pace makes his teaching easier to remember/memorize basic themes. It is like listening to classical largo while receiving chess instruction. Thank you Yasser.
46:22 Yasser: Sorry if I went too fast on that one
Proceeds to go even faster the second time
Increase.the video speed. I use 2x for Yasser. Works great.
These Yasser lessons are amazing bois. Thanks for the awesome content.
Loving how he touches his nose every time before saying "developing your nose"
God I love the way Yasser teaches. there is no race to see how many lines you can calculate and come up with. slow, relaxed pace. repeated themes. interactive. I can actually take out my notebook and jot down a couple points without having to pause, go back and relisten. I love it.
the best voice to learn chess to! So soothing
the larry holmes vs leon spinx brought me so much joy. i adore GM Seirawan and his measured and plain approach to explaining the upper levels of chess.
I enjoyed this immensely. This is my first exposure to GM Seirawan, and I found him very engaging. He makes learning fun at the same time he is sharing his priceless insights. Just a great hour spent with a great player and equally good teacher.
Got into chess while ago and Yasser have become my favorite player and teacher. This man is an artist! Thank you for this video!
What a teacher! Defs better to watch for learning than any of the other GM's Ive seen teaching... Very little ego involved, and lots of patience and understanding of students. Thank you.
Thanks again! You’re an incredible instructor.
Great video. Learned a lot here, you're a great teacher. thank you!
Yasser, hearing you talk about chess makes me happy and I think I'm not the only one.
GM Yasser and team, thank you for taking time on this detailed video. It was so engaging, I didn't skipped even a sec. Hoping to see many more videos like this.
Thanks a ton, Yasser! Magnificent game, and magnificent lecture!

“What do you think about them apples?” Said in the most pleasant way possible, LOL. I’m sold.
Most of what I’ve learned from chess I’ve learned from this man. Through his books and videos and his games. Thank you Yasser Serawan!
I just love your lessons Sir,,,thankyou
Yasser is such a legend! Awesome lecture 👏
27:10 "I'm a big pawn lover" I bet you are Yasser :D

Yasser is an absolute beast and has an awesome personality to boot. 10/10 want to work with him someday.
Your way of speaking is so calm, impressive and peaceful, love to see your analysis
Really cool content and great teacher! :)
This is very instructive thx
I enjoy that he's smart enough to convey that chess can be a gambler or a safe role, many people express this differently like chaos vs order, or like ben finegold says if you dont want stale mate games you take uncalculated risks. unknown unknown is your known unknown.
Awesome stuff !!
Beautiful lecture I keep coming back to
very nice voice and athmosphere with this guy. big thumbs up
enjoyed this tremendously, elevated chess to another level
@16:19 TOMMYFOOKINSHELBY .... lmao, best name ever
What a wonderful person
I dont know if hes a stoner or just naturally that peaceful. Either way love his teaching.
It's amazing that Ding Liren played these moves, great anticipation and intuition nice game
Very nice presentation Thank you. As you mention Rudolf Spielmann was a very interesting player. He played h4, h5 and h6 a hundred years ago. The idea was not found bu AlphaZero.
Steinitz played h4, h5 and h6 against Zukertort as soon as 1886.
Awesome, thank you very much. Seirawan for 2020.
7:12 - Your pawns are ultra safe inside Yasser Seirawan's Inc.
Eloquent, accurate, educational, entertaining, funny... what to say more, thank you chessbrah, thank you Yasser.
So many comas

Amazing lecture by Yasser
Great game by the one of the best Chess coaches, who could ask for more. Mr. Seirawan, I can say with confidence that you have many online students that are growing in strength from your content. Also proud to be from Seattle your hometown!
seattle, yuck
Yasser is such a pleasure to watch and listen to.
When a lecturer talks like that, I normaly fall asleep in 5 minutes....but with Yasser, it somehow works amazingly well. Best chess teacher!
Yasser (and the brahs!) this video is truly a gift to humanity.
Superb masterclass by Yasser!
Best series on this channel!
I absolutely love this man
i read yassers winning strategies and tactics years ago. he's exactly how i imagined he would be
Lmao that’s the books for dummies with the really big type and diagrams on every page
@@centrelink6003 why it's a very good book...
@@centrelink6003 everyone has to start somewhere bro
I’m reading Winning Chess: Combinations now. I hear all the text in my head in his voice as I read. It’s written in exactly the style of his spoken language.
It’s like a Yasser video playing in my head .
Long lost love from TC for yass and he chessbrah's from Sydnet Hyde Park Big Board. Shout out to KC!
Excelente método didáctico, con ataque y contrataque dinámico felicitaciones maestro de Cd Juárez Chihuahua México
“It’s always good to know your opponents address.”

27:10 "and I am a big pawn lover" - yeah me too Yasser. Oh.. you were still talking Chess ...
these lesson are honestly amazing, ive managed to go you just over 100 elo in two days after watching these.
You can watch this at x1.75 and Yasser still sounds normal.
What a great way so save 28 minutes.
Yes yasser!...this guy teach me CONCEPT of opening in the other channel at a place called st louis..hehe...
1. Control the center
2. Piece development
3. King safety...
My rating simply shoot up from 1500 to 1800....wow..
Now i need middlegame classes to such as this to become 2000...yes...i need that attacking 'nose'
Yasser is still in the top 10 percent of all GM's. One in many millions of great minds! I can't imagine being able to point out all of the mistakes that some of the top GMS are making
chess asmr chill lofi yasser. how to relax and meditate.
GOD i fucking love seirawan
Most of the moves went way over my head! ;O)
Thank you
Black knight to c6 blocks the attack and defends the bishop.
aaron sdfghiugkuykgikygiykghik thank u
@@thecaf8985 no worries
What do you think of them apples! Love it
1:04:22 so the black queen on b1 is a mistake right?
Otherwise bishop g5 is checkmate for black after queen e1 no?
10:10 idk why this had me in tears 😂
36:13 I would take the knight and after Rc1 would take it also, with tempo. Bishop back so to c1. And now i would take the white bishop. But e7 and the knight on f3 looks also scary enough, so i have to give up material for the pawn. Eventually better is to take te pawn with the unemployed bishop and if white takes back with the rook, then take the bishop....
1. Bg5 - Qc3 2. Rc1 - Qc1 3. Bc1 - dc
OR
3. Bc1 - Be6 4. Re6 - dc
Yasser is a lovely, wise and kind GM. Yasser
platform transformation complete.
okay this guy is awesome
Perfecto
I feel like Aman and Eric demonstrate what you can do after years of studying with someone like Yasser.
GM Yasser: Are we ready?
Me: Yas-ser
This was the best ASMR that I didn't know I needed and wasnt just pointless hairbrush tapping. Yasser our lovable therapist for free.
Peace be with you
I like you GM Yasser, you are one of the reason am trying to learn chess as a side hobbie and willing to get my own GM title.
I watch this video and I subscribe!
