Great review, as always.. Great program for sure, but do feel doing supersets will be more time efficient for many of the clients I work with. Getting many of my clients to understand how 4-5 exercises at 2-3 sets is sufficient if done right is the challenge. Reprogramming what they have been exposed to, Ie; some of the programs you've reviewed with rediculous volume, is the biggest hill to climb . thanks for the content as always.. I'll be joining your next cohort 👍
Great review Jason. Curious if in the notes Jay has clear direction to use 3-4 warm-up sets to ramp up before hitting the 2 working sets and if he prescribes that for all of the movements or only certain ones?
