Looks like Carters Road & Pacific Hwy, Lake Munmorah. There is a now walk bridge above the hwy for children to cross the highway. I believe it was fully built in the late 1980’s. There was only a Public School along that road at that time. Now there are FOUR schools along Carters Rd! (Primary School, Catholic Primary, High School & Catholic High School).
