New warning issued against travel to Mexico: What to know

U.S. authorities are now urging Americans to avoid travel to six Mexico states due to an ongoing threat of cartel violence and kidnapping there. The new advisory comes as spring breakers plan their next beach getaway and following the deadly incident involving four Americans mistakenly targeted by cartel gunmen.
