I've watched a lot of videos of gun makers in Pakistan. I've NEVER seen a barrel being made. The frames are easy (but slow) to make with a hand saw and files, but a barrel? NOPE!

The things you are watching are the final part in which people are hand correcting metal parts that come from low accurate machinery.
