Me too ! My brother said this was his hardest class other than debate...My family has never been good at math, so I'm trying to. I got an A in Algebra last year because I had a system, so I'm trying to find it again and prepare. Also it has to do with the fact that I'm going to an Early College Highschool D: And I decided to take an AP elective because it looked fun. I am terrible at math sooo GOOD LUCK!!!! (Decided to take coding class)

I love geometry. I'm just terrible at math in general. I have dyscalculia. Which is, put simply. The math version of dyslexia. Coming back to math with an earnest want to better myself. I'm so glad that videos like this exist. Thanks for taking your time to make this. I really do appreciate your efforts to help us!
Tell yourself you are good at math and you will improve. I mean ofc dont be calling yourself albert Einstein or smthn. the thing is, there is no "good at math" it takes effort and motivation. but the constant complaining, saying stuff is hard, and saying math is boring can really slow you down. try not to be in that type of environment. Basically your view really matters. when i was in 6th grade a failed math, havent gotten anything less than an A- since.

Man. I passed Geometry class with a C- almost 19 years ago and never did anything that could be generously considered "geometry". For whatever reason memories of that class and how much I hated it came back recently so I decided to confront the past and watch some videos on the subject. And Holy Hell I still cannot find a single thing to enjoy about that subject! It's Algebra all over again, but with even fewer hypothetical applications and even more letters/notations. Doesn't help that I had the most notoriously horrible teacher in the whole school teaching that class (I hope you're reading this, Mrs. May).
I appreciate your effort put into this video, but man: all those triangles bring back some horrific memories...
I'm in 10th grade currently enrolled in geometry and it has ruined my life tbh. Right now, I have a 65 F and I have 3 weeks left to be able to bring it up to a B so I don't get punished. It really stinks.

I got anxiety just reading this. It's just so foreign. Reminds me of how I do good with 2d animation but once I mess with 3d its like I cant figure out the rules regarding spaces. Wish I was smarter cause there's so much that revolves around geometry.

I wish someone would have outlined and linked Alg1, Geom1, and Alg2 when I was a lad.
Passed them all, but each progression went from high to lower achivement level and had to quit.
I think instruction has improved or my mind has evolved for understanding but memory for retention is now weak.

I am in geometry and I passed with a D- 2nd semester I failed and talked to my councilor about delaying until I became junior this geometry class should never exist, my teacher is always yelling when I don’t understand her even though I average an A or B in algebra and simple math.

This is why school is important. A class setting is designed to break this up across weeks to ensure you are somewhat aware of the basic functions.
