Trabalhei muitos anos ramo de embalagens papel e papelão, fiquei facinado tanta decnologia,da bosbt, atualmente atuo área gráfica cartão, máquinas bosbt.corte vinco e colagem,,
My work needs to get a machine like that to replace the junk emba machine. I run a martin transline 1228 n its best machine in the plant its 19yrs old but still best machine.
amazing automation.... It used to give people jobs when people wanted to do jobs on lines such as this.... Of course the argument is it's more cost effective. Great however what happens when the people who need jobs that want to work can't get jobs and therefore those boxes are needed to package the merchandise being sold because the people don't have the money to buy it? Strange yet somewhere in life it will come full circle.....
I like how the design for your roller come out from your bundle tie machine that cool and especially right before it goes into your unitizer it straighten it out first that looks like paradise... can your unitizer keep up with the 6 down on a 1050unit with 25in a bundle? Going 24000k
@@brandonjaeger ua-cam.com/video/2kdyqbopnq4/v-deo.html This is our 820 at melbourne. We held the world record for most boxes produced for a while till some European company finally beat us.
@@calvinwilliams121 That's a good idea. I'll see if i can do something with them. Edit: its not embarrassing if it fixes the problem. We're lucky if ours stays running for 10 minutes before going down!

Austin Jewell I know that feeling!
What world records do you guys have??
@@calvinwilliams121 for most waist ran in a single shift
See you have the same issue as us.. with the sheet getting jammed in the pre-feeder
I noticed this as well. It happens quite a bit with ours.
@@brandonjaeger embarrassing enough we put pits of plastic doctor blades from the chamber to stop the sheet from sliding back.. work well
