TheSorryGirls I know I'm a year late but I live in Canada and I found it at the dollar and I literally cried I was so happy....its sold in the kitchen section and it's the normal marble (white and gray)
I want one of those huge tapestries from urban outfitters but they're like $50 so TEACH ME HOW TO DO IT BECAUSE IM BROKE
+Lenor Levy they have a video on it already! it's a bit different than what you'll find in urban, BUT at least it's not that pricy.
I got my tapestry for $25 at Royalfurnish.com ... Of course it's not eggsactly the same but they do have mandala designed tapestries!
and yes I know it's not super cheap but it definitely is cheaper than Urban Outfitters.. :)
Check on amazon I have a couple tapestries from there and there are tons from like 7-20 dollars it's great

I have been watching faux marble countertop videos all morning and this is HANDS DOWN the best DIY I’ve seen. I remember watching this a while ago and thought “ya know, let me just go watch that again and see how much better it was than everything I’d been watching” and I was not disappointed. Hoping to try this on my countertops (with the proper sealing of course lol).
+TheSorryGirls I hope u haven't added the polyurethane yet because I did this a few months ago but what I did different is I added small specks of white and clear glitter in some areas and then sealed it with epoxy and it looks so real people can't even tell its hand made you guys should try it

please write the tools used in the tutorial (marble table). as we are not from an English speaking country, most cases we can't understand the tools you use. :(

Im in love with this DIY ladies! It literally looks like marble :D:D Cant wait to see it with the top coat. I DIY'd a vanity last year and forgot the top coat so the top got scuffed up. Now I kind of just want to marblelize it haha
Any tips on how to do this pattern on a plastic clear or white laptop shell? Or better yet, another tutorial on a gold/marble laptop shell? 😉

I gotta say, I live where granite/marble is super common where I live (it's in the ground everywhere so no shipping etc & much more affordable) and gotta say, this looks pretty much exactly like it. Much better than contact paper

How have I only just found you? I'm marble obsessed! Planning on doing something similar to a feature wall in my room when I move.
This video is really legit, most youtubers show you diys which are like $80 and I'm just like haha wtf but this is actually easy and inexpensive. I thought this was gonna turn out bad at first but it actually came out really nice :)
You guys gave me a great idea.
2 of those tables and a quarter piece for the corner. Attach them from beneath using brackets. 5 table legs in total. Do the marble paint method round off the inner corners and lining the edge with metallic gold or silver paint. Then topping it with a clear gloss paint after the marvel paint has finished setting.
Now just to make it.
When you guys first started painting, I was skeptical. But it turned out amazing!

This looks really good :-) I'm surprised you found it difficult to find the marble material online. I searched Amazon for 'marble sticky back plastic' and then found one with really good reviews. Hope this helps others wanting to try this!
