I am so thankful for this video. Many clinicians outside our country don't know about this beautiful technique. Yes, as you have rightly pointed out, its a neglected subject.

Sir....pranaam.......you are like a fresh morning breeze for me...........after a long time I found a great teacher who wants to share his knowledge......very rare species now a days......you teaching is really going to help many patients catered at periphery by us...thanx.....Sir can you teach us CTG interpretation.............and also step wise management of PPH starting from various stitches then de vascularisation and finally cesarean hysterectomy obstetrician style :)
Sir ..we, all postgraduates are very grateful to have you sir ..please let us know if your are providing any training courses which is going to help us a lot and its pleasure to work with you if we get a chance sir..
thank you sir for posting this wonderful demonstrative video.. I have never understood this procedure ever, till i saw this video by you and i was successful in doing a couple of cases because of this and they came out well.. I feared extension/ incomplete delivery but there was hardly any extension... In all cases i do the "push" method from down , but i think a thought to deliver using Patwardhan method needs to be done... thank you for taking pains in reviewing and posting the same..also , thank you for the wonderful job of on going teaching.. - dr. Shriraam Ayyar
Excellent demonstration sir. Just one request. Kindly keep the background music volume to a bare minimum. This will increase the grace of your exceptional teaching videos. Regards.
Thank you for the explaination sir, but i didnt understand modified patwardhan technique to deliver Occipitotransverse position.. any video demonstration that i can refer to..thank you sir. God bless you.
Sir thanks for all us videos. We r performing patwardhan in urban hospital abandoning the push technique. Sir I have a confusion regarding reversed breech extraction. Is it like internal podalic version.
AND ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION , I AM AN POSTGRADUATE FROM AIIMS . LEARNED FROM SOO MANY TEACHERS.BUT ITS BEYOND ANY DOUBT THAT YOU STAND AMONG ONE OF THE GREAT TEACHERS .
Thank you. I try to teach as best as I can. I tell everything: don't hold anything back. I have received inquiries from Mayo clinic regarding my work on Patwardhan manoeuvre and its modifications. PGs from AIIMS are held in high esteem. But we, from Seth GS Medical College Mumbai consider ourself very good too. If you have any queries you can contact me on my email: ajitvirkud@gmail.com
The end is edited after delivery of the trunk. Therefore it's difficult to see the delivery of the legs and head. Is it possible to put up another non edited video?

legs and head come out easily once trunk is delivered.there s no manoeuvring needed for that.
after the delivery of the shoulders and the trunk, rest is normal breech way of delivering the legs and aftercoming head :)
the music is high and distructing
I pray for you that God will give you a long happy healthy wealthy life , and guide you to the right way all the time. Ameeeeen
