No it Dosent, and if it happens it’s because you are adding too much oil lipgloss is not suppose to be oily that happened to me in the beginning and you’re doing your lipglosses too thin

You can use from 1-4 people use a lot of oils for moisture to the lips like they can use vitamin E oil I haven’t bought a lot of oils but for my next lipglosses I will be adding a lot of oils for Bette moisture to the lips so a regular oil like coconut, almond, grape seed, jojoba, and just a little bit of vitamin E oil would be fine !!
