I don't blame Miss Hill for the attitude. This is her Ex we are talking about. Also, she probably isn't used to criminal trials, so she doesn't understand why they aren't allowing her to talk openly. She feels like their all a bunch if liars and nothing will happen to this murderer.
The Judge strongly reprimanded the fire fighter for arguing with the Court, when all she said was the Defense Attorney did not allow her to finish. The Judge said not one work to Shawanda's outward disrespect to the entire court. Wow!
The officer told them both several times not to enter the car and to stay put and yet they are walking around, constantly wanting to get Floyd's phone. As soon as Chang walks across the street to meet his colegues she enters the car. They simply won't listen to commands.
BUT THE COPS LET THEM GO WITHOUT QUESTIONING THEM. FORGET A MAN JUST GOT KILLED ACROSS TBE STREET. HOPE YOU KID IN THE PICTURE NEVER GETS A FOOT ON HIS NECK MARCUS.
The first time they knocked with gun in holster. Mr Floyd did not follow command and the second time they pulled out their weapons because they couldn’t see his hands after they told him to put his hands where they could see them. Cops are really paranoid about things like guns being pointed at them. Floyd had been approached numerous times about the fake money. When justice knocked on his window he acted surprised. The store called police. When police arrive expect the heavy. Nice didn’t work. It was fairly simple call the turned into mayhem. The officers needed backup so things escalated. It went from two to four to more, then EMT.
I believed GF two friends really let him down. In cup food his male friend put something in GF's hand and walked out. Could that be the fake money. His female friend repeated to the Park Police of knowing who gave the fake money. In Court the male friend too concerned about himself, rather than the injustice of his late friend, refused to testify to protect his own skin. This is why we should choose carefully about the people we choose as friends.
Morris Hall also had counterfeit notes. I believe he printed those $20 notes. My friends and I never believed George even realized he had those fake notes. Also, one attorney made mention of this. I am sure they knew the truth.
@@yvonnesookdeo5358 Thank you for your agreement. It's highly likely that GF became the sacrificial lamb for his car companions, and the scape goat of condemnation, blame and a barbaric death by cops. Morris Hall knew GF was not in full capacity and took advantage, by slipping him that bill. He has no conscience and should have willingly testify for the prosecution on his late friend behalf, but was he really a friend? At the time of GF's death, he was more concerned about the car and phone. So sad and pathetic.
@@luvthetruth4ever136 Mary Ennius, also, the reason the trio were out Morris Hall’s computer broke down while printing $20 notes and needed a ride to get the computer fixed in order to print more notes. My friends and I thought of every possible reason to absolve GF when we heard he issued a personal cheque and when we heard counterfeit bills, we thought of other things to clear his name. None other than “Ricardo” Morris Hall knows how to make counterfeit notes. He heard GF’S cries and did not use his phone to call other police officers who are kind, nice, loving and respectful. Have you noticed the three staff members confronted MH regarding the $20 instead of GF who supposedly made the purchase? It’s a sign! Even the young staff knew GF was incapable of creating his own money. George Floyd wanted to work for his livelihood.
H Mary Ennis I agree with you. I believe the 'faked 20 dollar note' was the one his friend gave him which he used to purchase the cigarettes. It was obvious in the CCTV camera in Cup Foods. Floyd had tendered it to the cashier immediately, on receipt from his friend. I do not believe they both knew that it was a faked note. Why would they have hanged out nearby, if they knew it was a fake '20 dollar note' & they had conspired & committed fraud?
@@esthermensah5346 Esther mensah, also the fact that the Cup Foods’ staff approached Morris instead of GF meant that they too saw when Morris handed the $20 counterfeit bill to GF. Badjr0, I always wondered who the mystery officer was. I also thought ex-officer Thao was asked to watch Floyd’s car. How comes Chang did not hear the commotions and return to the scene. He shouldn’t be happy seeing he is attesting the crowd was aggressive. He was concerned for the other officers, yet he didn’t run to them.
Chang should be held accountable too because he saw everything. Judging from where he was standing, he saw three officers on Floyd and observed the responses from bystanders.
@@liljayfizzle liljayfizzle, yes, Chang was instructed to protect Floyd’s car, but he was more preoccupied with the safety of the officers. He was in full view of the unusual events, he heard the commotions from both Floyd and the bystanders and did not help Floyd. After the murder and Floyd’s friends saw the ambulance and fire truck and expressed concerns, Chang told them Floyd injured himself. He must be charged too.
Hi badjrO He is very, very lucky indeed, I agree with you. If he neither saw nor heard nothing of what was going on, unless there is a video taken by one of the bystanders, which we have not yet had the opportunity to view, he was not party to that 'crime', which led to the untimely death of Floyd. I am sure this sound horrific, but interpretation of situation, that is what I make of it. He had been allocated a duty to check on Floyd's record & to guard Floyd's car & that was what he did. He cannot do more unless there was risk to the other Police officer's lives. This is the code of conduct, I presume, of the Police. Unsound as it is, Chang did no wrong. In humanitarian terms, yes of course, we may think he did. There was no Law authorising him to do so. The only thing that could make Chang indictable is Cariol's Law, if it had been enacted at the time & in operation. A Police officer cannot be indicted for criminal act, if he was not party to it before Cariol's Law.
Laurie Powell, Chang was moving to and fro from his duty to observing the action by Cup Foods. He was supervising George’s friends and watching the murder. No, the ambulance acted quickly. Even Chauvin was moving swiftly after one paramedic asked him to get off GF’s neck and back. Before Chauvin balanced himself, he was already lifting Floyd to thrown on the stretcher. There was no delay when the ambulance arrived.
@@yvonnesookdeo5358 Hi Yvonne Sookdeo I did not get a clear footage of what happened when the Ambulance arrived, except when Floyd was being moved on to the stretcher. If what you said is what you observed, why did it take them 30 minutes before the arrival at the ER? The attending Doctor submitted to the Court, that he pronounced Floyd dead after 60 minutes, when he failed to sustain meaningful respiration & cardiac output, 30 minutes having been with the EMS officers & the second 30 minutes under his care. We truly have not heard all that was done in the Ambulance over this 30 minutes & I think it is important that we do. I don't believe that Chauvin possibly understood the time he had his Knee on Floyd's neck, was going to be fatal because he had done so on the 14 year old in the past for 17 minutes, who survived it. Chauvin is the orchestrator of his own fate, why take the other 4 with him though. The 'Chokehold' policy has an impact on the whole sad case. Rendering a suspect who is 'resisting arrest' & is posing to be a threat to the lives of the arresting Police officers, into a state of 'Unconsciousness' is what it stood for. Therefore, so far as Floyd was alive & pleading for his life (because it is only he who can feel his life was being taken away from him slowly), the restraint continued, until the goal of their act came into reality: 'Unconsciousness' of cause. Chauvin then froze into a state of fright, which he perfectly, was able to conceal but from his actions, I knew he was in a state of psychosomatic mode. Why was he in the hospital if he knew Floyd was meant to be beyond recovery from that state of 'Unconsciousness' (death) ? Psychologically, it did not make sense to me. That time, he saw his evil deeds had caught up with him & there was turmoil inside him. He should have taken to the stand to explain why he did what he did but he took comfort in the 5th Amendment as his shield. Had he taken the stand, there would have been better closer of this sad affairs, when an innocent man, Floyd tragically lost his life in the most horrific manner before the eyes of the whole World. May his soul rest in perfect peace.

Tina Marie, I was concerned too about George falling asleep in the car immediately after leaving Cup Foods. I was also wondering why George and the occupants were still hanging around that area, although Miss Hill contended throughout, since May 25, 2020 to the court that she had just called her daughter to pick her up. Naturally, it was for that reason, they were still parked at that location. At that instance, George probably felt it would take sometime before the daughter arrived and decided to take a doze-word choice. I drive my friends to malls and homes, but most times, I want to remain in my car to take a nap, to chat or read a book or play a game on my Tablet. He is very, very lucky indeed, I agree with you. If he neither saw nor heard nothing of what was going on, unless there is a video taken by one of the bystanders, which we have not yet had the opportunity to view, he was not party to that 'crime', which led to the untimely death of Floyd.

Hi Yvonne Sookdeo
I did not get a clear footage of what happened when the Ambulance arrived, except when Floyd was being moved on to the stretcher.
Involuntary manslaughter and for the other 3 cops they need to be held accountable for not intervening and did nothing to try and help that situation.

This country needs to address the main issue that hasn’t been publicly talked about. Comply and don’t resist arrest so you don’t put your life into the hands of others. It very easy and this doesn’t happen. It should be on billboards and MSM “ Have accountability and don’t resist arrest and just comply “ lets try to save lives because no one deserves to lose their lives during a arrest and law enforcement needs to do better because people shouldn’t be dying.
they're not very good at following directions
Jury ,look at the evidences, not those emotional witnesses who wanted their 15 mins of fame..if there were reasonable doubt, not guilty on murder charges and stick to your gun. Dont budge..the cop is no angel in this case, yet he is way overcharged. Not guilty doesnt mean he is innocent...not guilty beyond reasonable doubts of murder charges.
Blaming on the dead smh
Hostile witness
I was afraid for mr nelson
Proud of Miss. Hill for having the courage to get on the stand. I wish they would have let her speak her mind and full explain herself. More then his, so called fiancee Miss Hill probably knows him better. The prosecution only put the fiancee on the stand so they could talk about his history with drug addiction. They weren't going give his friend immunity. They could only control the negative by putting her on themselves.
@Daddy Choc No the prosecution put the fiancée on the stand
As I am not familiar with the justice system, I was surprised and disappointed when I saw Hill appearing as a defense witness, and since I missed her evidence, I had to search for her on UA-cam. When I heard Miss Hill, I hollered, “Good girl, stand by your friend!”🇯🇲👍🏽❤️🙏🏾
@@bdlimea7018 Are you referring to Hill? Because I heard defenders would be testifying his week, I thought Mr. Nelson summoned her to court. Thanks for explaining.
@Daddy Choc Daddy Choc, if you are referring Miss Hill, I don't think she had any choice. Now that Officer Chang surfaced, you can see him limiting her and Morris Hall's movements. He, Chang, should be charged too. You could see him supervising Floyd's friends and paying significant attention to the action with Floyd, saying he feared the officers were in danger. When Hill expressed concerns about Floyd, his response was "Floyd must have injured himself." Why not the other way round?
@Daddy Choc Daddy Choc, now I can see why you feel Miss Hill did not stand... Well, she confirmed Floyd was coherent, which is what supporters wanted to hear. Floyd could have been among the living today. Chang limited her movements: don’t do that, don’t come here, don’t go there, don’t open the car door don’t...
Hope he walks the jury has to see the state has no real case maybe if he had a job he would of been at work
The State has a strong case against Chauvin, he won't walk there's too much evidence against him to be acquitted lol
Oh so the unemployment deserve a slow painful death?
My husband is a cop and he’s saying that even if he is acquitted it’s highly likely no agency will ever hire him. I’m like so no matter the outcome he’s pretty much screwed.
@@ShadaeMastersAstrology maybe take away his law enforcement badge from ever being an officer again.
I hope he walks too but the jury will be too afraid to do that. Afraid of what could (and probably would) happen to them and their families.
What I learned from this video is how to distract the people in charge so you can keep getting what you are trying to get.
If i had to live in that dump ,i would be smoking crack all Day long.
I think Ms. Shawanda was confused about which attorney was on GF side. I feel like she seemed to the the defense was for GF because she was much nicer to him than the prosecutor
You don't think maybe she doesn't like the prosecution because they won't let her say the truth? You saw how frustrated she got when they cut her off, right? She may also have dealt with them before and just doesn't like them. The judge told her right from the start that the defense subpoenaed her.
Mr Floyd was playing Russian Roulette with his hardcore drug usage, and sadly he rolled the dice one to many times and came up short. His drug dealing friend (s) should be up for murder charges.
They are not responsible for George Floyd's death, Derek Chauvin is responsible for George Floyd's death, he is the one on trial not Morries or Shawanda.
Chauvin played Russian roulette with his knee
The autopsy says he died of lack of oxygen.
I realize that George Floyd’s acquaintances may not be of highest moral or character. In my opinion there would absolutely never be a justifiable reason for the way those animals treated George Floyd. Obviously so much other evidence will come out in a trial like this, but the bottom line is Derek Chauvin and his cohorts took an oath to protect and serve and instead they chose to intimidate, assault and murder a completely cooperative man over a phoney 20 dollar bill.
@@lettermansgirl90 boom exactly thank you

Wait, what? Please tell me that English is not your first language.
Oh my lord...you didn't do well in English class, did you?
@@missgigglebox748 😂 I didn’t know I was participating in an English class whilst watching UA-cam.
Who cares? Just you and one other fool?
Can see the gist of what I was saying... what? Did you not like my opinion?
Each to their own but what is the point trying to shame someone for their English ability? To make yourself feel big and superior ?
@@BlondeMafia89 I did really well thanks.
Can tell you didn’t do well at being nice! Trying to make people feel bad about how good they are at English. Seriously who gives a Daffy Duck? Silly little girl.
They should have shut and locked the car up.
So when is America going to open up their FEMA concentration camps.😂🤣😂🤣 coming soon my fellow Americans.
If he couldn't see what was going on over there with the officers etc then HOW does he know how the crowd where? they where beside & in front etc of the officers, so he couldn't see them to know it was a big crowd.... which it wasn't!
She hated being in the same room as that man, all the way through.
The cop who had his knee full force choking this poor man to death is guilty, watched all the footage, he was well out of order. Whatever opinion you have of the other people in the car is irrelevant. Cop Chang calling George Floyd, Floyd has no respect for the deceased. Chang doesn't understand GMT? What? What kind of training is required over there? The basic school we have here in the UK taught us about that at the Primary level, unbelievable...
Need a warrant to ask for id.
Your I'd is your identity it is your person and papers protected under the warrant clause.
Oh dear this is floyd,s friend?
Does she have latex gloves on?
She was a fabulous witness 🙄
Just like the girl in the Arizona shirt 😆
Lol! I was like wtf is with the rubber gloves😂

It’s really sad that George is afraid. Both himself and the other people stated he’s been shot before. And not one of those officers treated him with any human kindness showed him any empathy or try to anyway to comfort him and let him know that he’s gonna be OK. It’s no wonder that he was freaking out the entire time. It’s clear that shelving never needed to be a cop in the first place.
@@ukguy he was complying with them, he told them he wasn't resisting, Floyd also told them he was claustrophobic, Officers were forcing him into the squad car.
@@ukguy he wasn't faking a medical condition at all, he told them he claustrophobic, Officers were forcing him into the squad car, he was not resisting and he told them he wasn't resisting.
This cop cannot bring himself to say Mr Floyd!!!!
@@ukguy ptsd can work wonders my dear. Something could have triggered it.. Maybe it wasnt discussed if he had any mental illness but any tramatic event can lead to ptsd (like getting shot, bad experience with officers) and it deff looked to me that he was reacting that way. From my experience with ptsd...
I'm confused...who is Shelving? 😂😂
And if George Floyd had not committed a crime, the police would not have been there in the first place!
It's really sad that he's afraid?? I bet that pregnant woman was REALLY afraid when he pointed the gun at her belly in the process of robbing her!!
Y'all acting like this man is completely innocent is so pitiful...
I didn't know Mr. George Floyd had fallen asleep!! First I've heard of it. Not even the store clerk stated that Mr Floyd was asleep.
She should've pleaded the fifth. She clearly didn't want to be there. I don't blame her, that was her ex-boyfriend that died.
But with that attitude, she really didn't help the prosecution either.
Luckily she doesn't come across as a very credible witness, the store clerks went up to the car three times, not just once.
The police were knocking on the driver's side door, so they looked to the left ◀️ not the right ▶️ and Mr. Floyd did not immediately put his hands on the steering wheel.
The ex-"girlfriend" is a dude.
Whether that is true, or false, has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with this.
@@wiscogirl81 it has everything to do with it. Don’t trust them

Thank God 😊 for Nelson Brilliant 👏🏻 Bravo Bravo playing his body cam George kept fighting kept fighting cops 👮♂️ wouldn't comply high on Meth and suffered a cardiac arrest 👍🏻
Just using all the emojis tells me that u aren’t very bright. 6 mo of training and cops are running around with guns. Outrageous. GF was killed by an arrogant idiot who will be behind bars as he should be. Fn cops need way more education and training than 6 months.
