Here’s a thought. Instead of getting rid of the coaching staff, how about getting rid of “Mr. Overrated” that is more concerned about padding his stats and catching Jordan than he is about team play and winning.
It's dumb because it has an agenda, lacks serious thought and purposely lacks context. For instance: LBJ has taken "rookie" coaches to the finals. Rookie as in "zero" experience. Additionally, Dave Blatt, Luke Walton + Darvin Ham were all coaches that deserved to be hired. Paul Silas was Lebron HC as a rookie. Coach Spo 4 years, Coach Brown 5 years, Ty Lue 3years. Who has gotten fired that didn't deserve it. This is a billion dollar, bottom line enterprise with annual Championship expectations. You either produce or move on. That is an organizational decision. The stat padding line is the most absurd part of the narrative. If I have to explain how laughingly stupid that is to you then you're beyond lost. That's all.
People keep forgetting Ham is a Klutch client, so LeBron picked the coach. Plus what player besides LeBron can check himself in and out, whenever he wants. No real coach will accept that, simple as that.
True but Ham sucked as a coach. Answer this for me. How is AR and Dlo supposed to defend Jamal Murray or Michael Porter Jr.? That's right they can't. So they shouldn't be starting at the same time. At the very least only one of AR or Dlo should be on the floor one at a time because both of them on the floor is a huge liability.
