#LightUpMBC

In honor of Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day on October 13, over 275 landmarks across 160+ cities illuminated in teal, green and pink as part of #LightUpMBC 2023 to shine a light on the critical need for Stage 4, metastatic breast cancer research. Designed by non-profit @METAvivor, the tri-color ribbon features teal for healing and spirituality, green representing hope and pink to signify that the cancer originated in the breast. Every state in the U.S. participated as well as many countries around the world. As these lights shine, they represent rays of hope that a cure is possible in our lifetime.
