+Usha Moorthy I packed in suitcase....but you can use cardboard box too....first time itself I didn't bring all vessels...only very essential ones....

Glass wares and ceramic you can buy during thanksgiving time it is really worth the price for quality...plastic also you can buy in bulk and cheap at IKEA store and COSTCO

Kuli paniyaram Pan works on both since it's flat but aapam pan works on induction but it takes more time for aapam to get cooked

Jeyachitra Naga wipe upnspills emmediately, especially grease. use dish soap and water on a spounge or dish cloth. clean up after each use. if the the appliances are unfamiliar, try to read booklet from manufacturer. don't try to clean electric stove to until coils are cool. if you have electric coil that can be pulled out , take them off and set to one side. take out the stainless steel catch pans and scrub them with a Brillo pad. rinse the soap off and dry them before reassembling. do not use harsh abrasive on surfaces if it can be avoided. you don't want to damage the surfaces.
