Hi, the fabric won't go off shape. I have had it for more than 6 months now and washed it. After washing you might have to fluff it around but otherwise, it's fine

Hi Ijeoma, Thank you.
For adults, use the measurements i mentioned in the video.
4" wide and 17" Long for the braid strap.
3" wide and 13" long for the elastic casing
I used 1" elastic band that was 9" long
For kids,
I would remove about 4 inches for each measurement. give it a try and see

Yes, you can use anything to stuff the headband
I just thought it would be a great way to use fabric scraps that we have lying around.
