This reminds me a lot of a German chocolate Linzer Torte that my grandma used to make and that I now make every year. Except without the almond cream. That's a different recipe. Very delicious looking! Almond and raspberries are a great combination, especially with a touch of chocolate!

味の好みなのか植生関係なのかは知らないけれど、日本だとケーキに使うベリーといえば苺とブルーベリーだけど欧米だとクランベリーとかラズベリーの印象が強いです。

作りました。とても美味しかったです。
チョコとラズベリーのコンビは王道の美味しさ、クレムダマンドのまろやかさとクルミのカリカリがとてもマッチしていました。

シロップはお酒混ぜてもいいということなのでキルシュを加えてみました！
焼き時間について、概要欄では170度で40〜45分、動画では160℃で32〜35分となっていたので、どちらがいいのか悩んだ結果、170度で40分焼いてみましたが、うちのオーブンではこれで抜群でした🤗
秋らしくおしゃれでおいしいタルトでした😊
