Can’t go wrong with Boss pedals. They’re as solid as they come. I’ve got the nano max on the way. I’m glad that my low profile power supply will fit on the underside.
Why not going Tuner>Compressor>Fuzz>Fuzz>Phase Shifter>Tremolo>Delay>Reverb ? You're putting the Reverb in front of all modulation and distortion effects ? Why would you do that..
There's no rules :) check out my bloody valentine or early Tame Impala, or early garage rock, reverb has been used to good effect before distortion in many cases. Cheers
nicely done! 6 sec on the compressor, LOL (Still too long ; ) Do try a vibrato instead of the trem, it makes a wonderful breathing sound, Forum Vibe (De) version is great and cheap if you DIY, Voodoo vibe works well if you dont (assuming non-Boss unit is possible)
hi mate, you can't go wrong with any of the Cioks supplies, although the DC5 (used here) and DC7 are better than the Adam. Just pay close attention to how I make the drill template around the 1:00 to 1:30 mark. I used rigid cardboard and then you just transfer the dots to the pedalboard underside and drill there. A centre-punch is also very helpful, but its always a bit sketchy no matter how careful you are (I have done this a few times and always feel like the holes aren't going to align with the holes in the PSU!
It’s usually pretty safe (noise wise) to daisy chain low current draw analog pedals - from memory I probably had the TR-2, CS-2 and FZ-3 sharing a tap and then the TU-2 has a DC out that probably fed the FRV-1.

Hey brother - I would like to make this same set up with diff pedals. Any advice on the power supply ? Or how did you drill and mount it so clean?

I'm going to go out on a limb, and say you like Boss pedals?
Been on a kick lately for sure! But I like all pedals in general. The form factor and bang-for-buck is excellent with Boss pedals.
how do you supply all 8 pedals with a dc5?
