Especially because she's naturally skinny with a high metabolism, I bet she eats 2000 kcal minimum and doesn't gain weigth
Yep
@@isasmith346 in times when almost all people are addicted to sugar we shouldn't eat whenever we want without counting calories or just watching closely what we are eating :) Intuitive eating doesn't exist.
TheJoanstark kinda have to disagree with you there you don’t need to count calories who just have to follow a balanced diet and be aware that you aren’t eating masses of “unhealthy” foods
you forgot to add your workout because then you could've eaten more calories! also metabolism is a major factor to consider! also great video, lots of love x :)
Lauren Cooper yessss, i have A fast metabolisim so i like to full, but also make sure I don’t eat to much or over eat
@@weeewenye3160 I thought slow metabolism is when you find it hard to burn off food
Activity level already accounts for that. But people overestimate calorie burn fro. Excersise, even the machines inflate 15-40%(!)
@@jasonbolding3481 I mean 15% of 75 isn't that big of a difference
Lauren Cooper metabolism just means how many calories you burn SMH exercise is part of metabolism...
You shoud do it for a week and with exercises in the app
Do you know what app it is ?

Hayden Phillip thx
The thing is, she should really know how many calories she burnes. My fitnesspal told me to eat like 1500 to lose wight. I burn 2 300 kcal. (i have a fitbit watch) so my fitnesspal was trying to starve me. I should eat 1 800 a day
Yes that's true, but you should log in your exercises or connect your Fitbit to myfitnesspal and then it will raise the amount of calories you eat. I never log in my exercises but I eat over my calorie limit when I know I've exercised so I don't Starve. But on days where I'm not active I don't cross the calorie limit
no that doesnt matter is she knows how much calories she burns as she goes through the day WITHOUT doing anything. Mine is 1400 so can lose weight without exersise buti still do
She's incredibly relatable, love it!
I changed the comment now you won't understand how I got 3k likes

1) To cure your deppression
2) You will be ore active
3) Meaning that you will loose weight
4) You also recieve unconditinal love x

this video legit made me cry. because that’s how i ended up eating 300 calories a day ha. ha. ha.
omg are you okay???don't starve yourself please ....never starve yourself this is not good for your Body and it will just cause a jojo effect
Ah same
Please dont do that. Your brain cannot be nice to you if its starving.
Why would you ignore the warning???
i did the same thing and now i’m in recovery (which sucks i want to go back so bad)
Taz: cuts a mushroom,exactly 100grams
Taz: “ this proves I am a genius !”
“There’s and second rule and when you COUNT TO 3 you have to get up and do that thing”
*Taz starts counting down from 3 😂😂😂😂 I don’t know why I found that funny
It gets even better because it is the 5 second rule by Mel Robins. You count backwards from 5 to 0 and then launch yourself inte action
Does anyone else think that the portions and the calorie intake is UNBELIEVABLY small!!!
Hubsle 99 As long as you are not hungry, you’re good
Alina McPherson I’m supposed to eat around the same amount (I think) and I’m 4’10 and 75 lbs. But I eat around 700-800 calories a day and can easily see my bones. Maybe you were overestimating your calories?
Use spring food calculator. This calculator is more effective and real!
@Alina McPherson if you're more active you have to adjust your calorie intake accordingly since you burn more
@Alina McPherson yeah but you wrote you are supposed to eat 1400 but were losing weight with that. sorry didn't mean to offend, just wanted to help
She's been being so freaking funny all through the video!! Ily tazz😍💓
Hey I just found your channel but i love the amount of body positivity espacially in the beginning. Not looking at calories, and saying "I'm perfect" when the app tells you your BMI is average healthy is like the most beautiful thing I've heard in weeks.
the world has become a sad place if this stands out as beautiful to people. i found this the most average thing ever.
You cooked the salmon absolutely perfectly! You're a pretty decent cook. Keep it up!
“you count to 3” *counts down from 3*
x I saw this comment as soon as she was doing it ahha
No this method works best by counting down that's why
It's called the 5 second rule by Mel Robins
thanks for the trigger warning tazzzzz💞💞💞
who else laughed when taz said shes 63cm😂
When she wore the Harvard shirt and adidas sweatpants I lost it.
Love the fact that you scanned everything when you could just read the label 😂😂 but if you go to the gym then you need more than 1580 calories 😂 I would not have had any energy at all
YOU SHOULD DO THIS VIDEO AGAIN BECAUSE YOUR LIFESTYLE HAS CHANGED A TON!!
when she said "the 3 second challenge" i was like when i wake up in the morning i cant even keep my eyes open for a second let alone e seconds
I've been following this method for weight loss (CICO) and I have to admit, i'm eating more than I expected to eat even at a drastic calorie deficit. I'm just now realising, that losing weight in the west is a lot tougher than it is in the east. No joke or offence.
There's a lot of pre-prepared food available there too...
Here, I just have to cut out my snacking, but my meals are filling as hell (home cooked). It's the junk that screws you up, like that single cookie that is 115 calories. Or an itty bitty packet of air and chips that's 180 calories.
Taz, I love your channels.
The way you talk, your lovery characters are just wonderful to watch.Thank you !
TAZ should do 1 week no pasta challenge 😅 it will be the most difficult challenge she has done so far.. Much love for her❤️
Brown gravy with salmon is like blasphemy. Girl go get some white sauce for that fish.
teriyaki sauce.
so, when you work out, you actually should consume more calories, and to stay full for longer, many dieticians recommend eating more protein. very enjoyable video, taz! ❤
i like you taz because you are relatable like youtubers try to be but you are really positive and you don’t bring yourself down or anyone else too. you are just really nice.
Taz is the only youtuber that makes me WAIT until the ad is finished because I love her so much and want her to have food
When I saw how many calories you had for breakfast I knew you were doomed for the rest of the day 😂
Did she count the calories from the apple sticker?
Cookie Rager apples and some other fruits and veg are zero calories x
Amelia Hickinbotham Vegetables and (especially fruit) aren‘t zero cal though.

Your body is the only thing that knows how much food you need. Listen to it people.
Does not work for me my body always wants food
No way. Many people do this which is why they are overweight.
Mish_ elle right
@@mish_elle1450 no, most people listen to cravings and tend to overeat. Listening to your body on when it's hungry but also when it's full is the best way to maintain a healthy weight.
