Saree fasenge dubai needs a reset, there was a meltdown earlier when the property prices fell atleast 30 pc in Dubai, it's an international business destination and is linked to movement of international economy, come recession the prices will fall and go back a few years, if your finances don't allow you to move to dubai at the drop of hat then don't invest there, these 1.5 cr investments in Dubai are very risky, better invest that in bangalore, pune if you think gurgaon market has risen too much, need to have atleast a million dollar investable surplus and large property holdings in India before you shop in Dubai, don't forget India is in a bull Run, international destinations are for super rich when the market is going through a very bad turmoil

Actually you are not entirely correct. During the last recession Dubai real estate was rising in a vacuum. Currently the real estate price hike is supported by a growth in the economy. There are businesses moving their entire operations to Dubai/UAE. Its not just that, even the rents are rising because there is a shortage of smaller houses for people moving in. Recession will impact every country in the world (just like covid did). But Dubai will bounce back faster (just like they did during covid)
You need to be cautious about your investments. Looking for the cheapest property might not be worthwhile in the long run. Invest in builders that have existed for 10-20 years in Dubai and have repeatedly delivered on time + ensured capital appreciation for the investors.
