Me when I misplace the 5.000 gold coins that were allocated to repair the aqueduct: 😅🤪 Big hiatus but WE'RE BACK! Got big plans for videos so stay tuned!
@@ilyakusenco8151Caligula was categorically evil. Like, really really fucking evil. Like using burning crucified Christian’s as torches for night parties.
I like to believe that because Farux fought in the ring for his people, and in an actual war, he wants the best for the empire and his people. Ave Farux!!
I am astonished how much this game develops over time honestly, such amazing thing to see someone being able to put so much consitency and love into their work
man homies GOT TO BE a lawful and honest official simply because he knows firsthand what its like to be in the trenches, caving in enemy skulls with expensive jugs or fist sized stones, having to claw and fight ur way out of the almost bottomless pitt filled with the dredges of society, the poor, "dog eat dog" ruthless and the rich and ruthlessly corrupt. From now on that buck stops with him..... From now on he'll be the corner stone of justice and an official the people can depend on.
Okay... After a long time of putting it off, I got myself some rather quite nice cheese loaded with bits of truffle and sat down to watch this. I think Ferux has been my favourite run by far, though I haven't seen the smith's apprentice yet. I was legitimately enthralled, I was so pumped it was like I was really there spectating the arena match!! And the way this totally disparaged son of politician with basically no combat expertise walked into his first matches wielding a giant hammer and bludgeoning the skulls of his opponents is so bad ass. AND THEN, after winning against a huge imposing opponent, he went into an actual battle on the frontlines of a way, and cleaved his way through his enemies with fervor. Don't even get me started on how he finished his gladiatorial journey with a fight so unbelievably stacked against him and WON, going on to be remembered as the Golden Son of the Senate... Fucking intense.
It is the weekend, no one in the house is out of bed yet, me watching that fight. *LET'S GOOOOO!* far far too loud. 🤣🤣🙃 I actually think the "Iron of a sword in one hand and the iron of a plow in the other" was a reference to one of the Greatest Roman's of all time, respected and praised and made immortal with a City named after him in the New Rome of history, Cincinnatus
Hmm, I think Ferux would be a great politician and will have few enemies as many would be scared by him. But he wouldnt be malicous, unlike the other ones. He forged his office with blood and steel, and noone would stand against that. This also reminds me of the stream you did, where Joridus didnt like you. 😆 "I see some shirtless boys out there, thats what I like to see" Simo, 2024, describing his favorite masculine form. 😜
that draft missions was fucking sick is it an una-tantum event, or could you if theory just play that mode? actually it got very big "play as a soldier in M&B" vibes
Simo my man, if you some day make a video of kenshi again, see the mod "Hardcore Ultra realism" man, the game is another level... Hard as f*ck, but not unfair, at all.
they say blacksmith is easy but I had to get all the way to prime aspired before I was stable enough with my gear to win fights and had enough money to buy and sell gear

I used to watch you back in highschool now I'm my 4th year in college, glad you're still going
That last fight was insane and the perfect ending. Can't wait for the Blacksmith's apprentice run.
Caligula was the Emperor who changed the laws to encourage Roman politicians to fight in the arena.
We need this to come back
@@NotSimo why not right?
Based tbh

Alluora was a bad patron to dump. She's the one that helps you gain favor with the others.
In typical Simo fashion, I make my journey as hard as possible accidentally

I was wait for you to play this again! There's so much new stuff!
Your excitement is contagious
20:45 out of context. >:-3
Your gladiator montage was so good that if you played the background song over the arena every audience would have in increased in hype
man you reignited my drive for this game so much that I've won 4 different runs
A shame not calling him Armstrong
My man with more fun stuff

Some Battle Brothers music in the end there, nice!
Winning after doing a massively outnumbered fight like that is peak ngl
Honestly the war missions in this game make me hope the devs make a spinoff focusing on command a hanian army
The Pantheon theme hit hard
