lool thats what Im saying! You spend 25 years looking for the perfect home spend all this money in renovation just to stay a short time there each year? what a waste of wealth.
I've never seen this show on TV, so maybe you can answer a question for me, if you don't mind, about the background music on these youtube clips -- is it original to the show or something added by Abode or other channels? Tyia🙂
Your calibration on speakers might be wrong. Play w Stereo vs Mono (likely Stereo is best); and make sure the volume to each is balanced. If we don't check that setting, it can change, or never be calibrated correctly. This error will show up more on some video recordings (high definition, e.g.) than on others.
Absolutely love Design Inc. It's awesome to see how and what the team is able to do, in even the most challenging of spaces. And I agree that even in 2022 they look fantastic, classic & beautiful! Thank you, thank you Abode for these (!).
This is one of my favorite Design Inc episodes. I do wish they would show more of the finished product. I like the music but it does drown out the voices a bit.
Absolutely the very best HGTV show - beats Fixer Upper by a mile!!! The new stuff on HGTV is second rate design & they are (Good Bones, Windy City Rehab and Home town). I mean some final reviews are a hot mess.
This is Sarah at her classic usual self. She shops and shops repurpose sales..finds THE PERFECT piece, goes on and on about patina shape yadda yadda, then proceeds to change it completely! Her vision is inspiring but the expense of the redo's is over whelming.
It saddened me that the table was cut down and the top replaced to match the floor for the coffee table. WHY BOTHER, little was left of the original to matter. I'm not one to say 'Oh don't paint that', but I truly fail to see the reason to pick that piece to basically gut. I love Sarah ... and Tommy ... dearly, but sometimes question some of her choices.
I immediately said in my head "if the top gets replaced too it's not the right piece for the room". You don't notice the legs once the top is extended.
GOD I hate having to strain to hear the voices above that loud "music!" So what was this: a music video or a decorating video? Someone needs to make up their mind because you really can't overlap one over the other and have it work. Fortunately, I was able to skip to the end, turn off the sound and see the end result.
Stainless steel, copper.. is better for sinks. In the case of stone sinks is necesary to use a plastic or metal bucket inside the sink to wash delicate glass or china.
This (extensive) home design is for “a few end of summer weekends’. Must be nice!

These Design Inc episodes are a trip down memory lane, thanks Abode.
Agreed. The designs still look great in 2022

Even after all these years I still love Design, Inc. and nobody does French Country Farmhouse like Sarah Richardson!
Just stunningly gorgeous 🥰🥰🥰
This is one of THE best episodes of Design Inc. thanks Abode! 🏡✨💛
Thank you so much, Abode, I really appreciate you!
The background music was too intrusive and at times made it difficult to hear the conversation.
Background NOISE. You are being too nice by calling it music. It was horrid.

This is the episode I've been looking for!!! Yeah!!!!
This transformation is SO beautiful

I feel like you didn't show enough of the finished rooms
I’m sure it was all beautiful…but we never got an overview of it all put together 😕

Beautiful.

What a pretty place….

Lol!
I wonder how much of this has been updated by now
13:02 sassy Sarah kills me!!! :p
I loved getting to see Tanya in this season! We only saw her as PM post baby.
The music is horrible! It gets in the way of the voices and the camera movement.

The original wood had more character.
How did they fix the legs? They were cut too short, so they glue the piece back on and cut it lower? 🤔🤷
@@rna8tive881 that was my guess

Really enjoyed this project, but the background music was too much. It was distracting.
That recording at 9:19 through 9:26 of Tanya should have been deleted for obvious reasons. Shame!
Did Sarah invite the homeowner Sharon along for the load in you think?
I hate marble, had a marble sink once, broke all my expensive Ittala glasses, never marble again
I'm team quartz myself!

The background 'music' is so loud you can hardly hear their voices. Maddening
I almost passed this one up because you didn’t put Sarah in the thumbnail. If you want more views, always put Sarah in the thumbnail.
too light, need more drama
