Thank miss Alexa you saved me from failing in my french exam which is tomorrow, your examples and ways of teaching is amazing thank you again and please keep on posting more french videos.😄😄
Thank you for admitting that this is one very complicated language with all irregular verbs and conjugation which cannot be explained by sense of any logic. French you need to learn by listening and feeling. Don't try to compare with your native language. Forget about any other language , and take it like it is. Surround yourself with french , and think french. That's the way. Cheers 🍺
In Bangladesh and Indian Sub-continent there is a nice way to show respect to parents, direct teachers, most seniors and respected person as to touch their feet (a kinds of salute) with two hands . If i could salute like the way to Alexa. thanks a lot my teacher. I"m very new in french. but your method is very easy and friendly. Salute
Alexa. From Mongolia I am sending my gratitude to you. It is amazing after 10 minutes I have learned one big thing completely. Wish you succes to your work and happines to your life.
je suis un etudiant de Chine et j'apprends le francais sur cette chaîne depuis 4 journees. Je pense que tes videos sont tres utile. ( i dont know how to type those accents on my computer)
It is hard for me to understand fluent english but the way you speak and explain is so easy to understand without captions and the topic is so much clear
Hi, at 3:57 for the verb avoir - Nous aavons eu; isn't it meant to be: We had, we have had? Since the translation shown there is similar to the translation for Nous sommes alle(e)s. Thank you,
hello~ I think it's just a typo and it was missed out before posting the video. So Nous avons eu; will be we have had/we had. And Nous sommes alle(e)s will be we went/we have gone. Maybe you have already gotten your answer but here you go :D
..........your videos are very very good! I love learning French by watching your lessons. You are a very very good teacher! Thank you, it`s so great watching your videos, because you really teach with a very good system, so it becomes easy ! Thank you!
I love the way French sometimes names things. A waterfall in French translates into WATER CURTAIN. rideau d eau. The past participles in French have an artisitc value perhaps?:) Anyway I am an English speaking Indian in Canada trying to become bilingual.
thank you so much miss alexa I've learned a lot since i started watching your videos even though i attended in French class lesson yet can't understand their way of teaching and most of all their pronunciation..more lessons and videos! god bless you. bisous
Great video! But I have to correct a small part of this video. "Nous avons eu" it doesn't mean "we went, we have gone". It has the same meaning of "nous sommes allé(e)s". Therefore, the true meaning might be "We had". Keep up the good work! I really find your channel tremendously useful for me. Thank you!
Thank you Alexa for this video.. but I still have a question. How can you differentiate between être verbs and avoir verbs…… do you have to learn the être verbs by heart
the only thing I can try and use to memorize when to use être instead of avoir for conjugating third group verbs is that they are usually someone moving somehow - come, go, stay, leave...there are not THAT many with être, so it's mostly memorization. Am I correct in saying that, Alexa?
I took french thinking it would be easy.. but the ridiculous amount of rules is what makes it hard. I’m surprised how i haven’t failed any of my french exams.
1. Nous avons vendu notre voiture et acheté une nouvelle. 2. En apprenant le français, je suis devenu un professeur de français. 3. Je ne les ai pas entendus, parce que ils parlaient derrière de la porte. 4. Ils ont été chez moi depuis la semaine dernière. 5. Nous avons dû faire tous les devoirs dans deux jours. J'espère que ces phrases sont correctes. Merci !! 🙏🌹

Italian and spanish hold my Beer.
@@jadersolano3080 Exactly! The fact that Spanish uses the past simple (the preterite), that's enough to drive anyone crazy!
Thanks for your very clear and concise lessons! Bisou, bisou!

That is right, I think that is a little mistake. I love Alexa any way :) She is so great!

I love it when learning something has the English notes beside it. I could learn all day in his way. Thank you so much!
You're very welcome! 🙂
❤❤❤ Hi miss❤❤❤
Alexa tu es fantastique!
Is that correct ? Nous avons Eu " we went " or is it " we have had " this seems wrong in video?
We had
Merci beaucoup Alexa 🙏💐
Bisou bisou Merci
Thankyou
Thank you Alexa for this video.. but I still have a question. How can you differentiate between être verbs and avoir verbs…… do you have to learn the être verbs by heart
2:49 It is shown that "nous avons eu" translates to "we went, we have gone". Just wanted to point it out. Pretty sure it was just a writing mishap.
the only thing I can try and use to memorize when to use être instead of avoir for conjugating third group verbs is that they are usually someone moving somehow - come, go, stay, leave...there are not THAT many with être, so it's mostly memorization. Am I correct in saying that, Alexa?
She stated in another video that it is used with "movement" verbs and also reflexive so I believe you are on the right path.
Merci beaucoup :)
Merci Beaucoup
Great job Alexa. I enjoy your lessons
merci beaucoup Alexa

The perfect teacher is Alexia but please tell us how to know the verbs in past participle when they come with verb to "have" And with verb to "be"
I took french thinking it would be easy.. but the ridiculous amount of rules is what makes it hard. I’m surprised how i haven’t failed any of my french exams.
merci bien 😊😊😊😊👌👌👌👌👏👏👏👏
