    Shawn, I’m a massive fan and you guys have given me so much👍
    I’m 65 and taken my Drive from 210/220 to 260/270 (the odd one 300/310) - I can’t seem to get to 280 carry and 300 total consistently.
    I feel as though I do all the things you ask but I’d really like to get that extra 20/30 yards - what’s the biggest thing you see people getting wrong from your tips?

      What you need to do is get with Mu’s Speed training at www.wzdmnmvmt.com and do a speed training session 1-1 every week for 3 months and you will get what you need and then some! Both he and Savy have BLOWN AWAY MY EXPECTATIONS AS TO WHAT IS POSSIBLE for distance and speed gains; just amazing! Inly $300.00 per month for a weekly session of 1 jour 1-1 with Mu.

    Dear Shawn,
    thank you very much for this great video.
    I work at the efortless swing. Less hinge in the upswing,
    much clear the hips, club head works, like Peter Malnati.
    So, you´re tip of head works can help me.
    Best greetings from Vienna, Erich

    Hello Shawn,
    I noticed Mu”s wrists during his first slo-mo practice swing that he was really letting them turn “over” in the follow thru after the impact zone…I assume that is correct for a release and something I have not been doing in my swing for fear of over drawing/hooking the ball as that is my normal “miss”. I assume it may not be from the full/over release, but maybe from not staying with the target? Sometimes I get a straight push, which I think is a “non” release for fear of hooking/overdrawing. Great video as always! 👍🏻🏌️‍♂️

    Love your content. When it comes to strong grip i notice that with Sav and Mu both the club is a bit open at adress. I used to play with an interlock grip for the first 10 years i played and i believe i also had the club open and then took my strong interlock grip. I was wondering if you could comment on if that is something that i shouldnt have changed. There was a natural element of how i played then that i wish i could get back.Also, specifically about the club slightly open, then taking the grip. Note: I am right handed but left eye dominant in case that figures into any perception issues. Thanks.

      The key is to think DYNAMICALLY as you are getting ready to execute your shots; you feel a flow of momentum already on the way through and into that flight plan; and when you do let it go, you feel that GRIP-CLUBFACE RELATIONSHIP is such that the ball gets trapped into this flight without any manipulations as the human arm anatomy has already a pre-set memory for basic self preservation which 99% of the golfing teaching population thinks is defective and needs to be fixed with angles and restrictions. Best is get into our premium content at www.wisdomingolfpremium.com and see “predict contact” and “the goldie-locks series” as well as all the “release” videos.

      Hey Alan! An oldie but goodie is “solid contact shawn clement” and “hammer through shawn clement” and on our premium channel you want to see the following titles:
      -hammer drill
      -contact mile markers
      -tilt mile markers
      -applying task to golf shot

    Yet another great instruction, Shawn! Regarding Savannah coming off the ball, I try to balance myself by bringing my right rear end back and facing the target on the backswing, but I tend to come off the ball and roll to the outer part of my right foot. This causes me to consistently swing over the top, resulting in cuts, fades, and slices. Any advice?

    Hey Shawn what’s your thoughts on club fittings?

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  Рік тому +1

      Club fitting is another story; this makes more sense! 😝😂
      TRY BEFORE YOU BUY. Try the different club heads first with a good shaft based on your general swing speed when delivering shots with no strain and authority. Once you have the head, then you tweak the shaft brand and flex to taste and then adjust lie, length, grip and grip size to size of hand and hand strength.

    Hello I really enjoy watching Savannah's golf swing as I am right handed yet left handed with a golf club, which I suspect she is too. Anyway I have trouble understanding the direction in which I should "point " my club face with both driiver and irons which tend to behave way differently from one another. Any assistance is much appreciated.

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  Рік тому

      Yes on right hand playing lefty; same as me and Phil too; as for woods vs irons; their centre of mass is very different and the way to gauge how much to close or open the face is done through “Goldielocks” ; see our premium channel st www.wisdomingolfpremium.com and see the “goldie locks series” and “predict contact” videos, then see “draw fine tuning”, “fade fine tuning”, and brush up on the Driver and Driver part 2 as well as the “long and straight” driver series.

    This is the biggest fault in my game a prefect practice swing then address the ball and fat it thin it, shank it, thanks for the content Shaun
