Great initative! Just one thing I didn't get: You said we're wasting one third of our food (1.3 bio tons), and with that we could feed the world population twice. If we waste 1/3 then this suggests we eat the other 2/3, and that's the amount we need to feed everyone. So how could we feed everyone twice with only half of it (1/3)? But otherwise good talk and handy tips!
1/3 will feed all the hungry people because, the 2/3 we eat is much more than we need to eat. We could eat only half that, 1/3 and live healthier lives but we over-eat.
