What is Country Sunday and how is it observed? When is it observed and by whom? What seasons and days of the week exist amongst your people and how are they used? What is the traditional meal amongst your people and how was it determined that this dish would be the traditional meal? Should the traditional meal be eaten only on Country Sunday? If not, how often? What is the ceremonial significance of the traditional meal? Other food items of significance amongst the people of Bali Nyonga.

As a daughter of Bali Nyongha I am very proud of my people and our culture. There are lots of other food items that are unique to the Bali people such 'mparr' (not sure if the spelling is correct)
