God bless her couple, a man who help her wife it's a benediction for her 🙏
This man is my hero. He wins the Ghana best Husband award. He is a role model
When sista Tati says ‘mmmm’ whiles eating, you know the food is good. 😂😋
Tati no go fail us thumbs up ✌️✌️✌️✌️
She made the kenkey so clean and you really enjoyed it with the okro and stew. I like that kitchen
It's similar to the tamales we make in Mexico. Here they are stuffed with meat, chicken, cheese, spicy or fruit. they are also wrapped in corn husks. They are steamed. they're delicious.
yes it is! you are right.
That is called adibi in ghana
@@gertrudenaaadeikotei9214 I have seen many videos of Ghana and each time I notice that we are very similar. I send you a hug.
Nice 😊 delicious food 😄😋😋
It looks so soft and delicious 😋😋😋😋
Mummy Tati😍❤GOD RICHLY BLESS YOU🙏
👋Now you’re talking babe, I went to bed salivating all the way in Baltimore
Make me wish I was home
Thanks Tatiana you’re a doll❤
God bless you’ll 🙌🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👋
New videooo💃 Tnks for sharing sis❤
Am first today oo 😊😊
Nice one Tati👍
Everyone doesn’t cook the same that’s what’s makes food and cultures amazing. Everyone has their own recipes
When I watch cooking from Ghana it seems like we from the Caribbean this is our ancestral home we cook the same food down here ...
Agree
Am thinking about her life about the fire, God please help our mothers. Aww
Yummy Yummy nice foodies. It looks delicious as well 😍 😊
Please the original kenkey we don’t add cassava dough.
I know my dear, because the original kenkey, half pri cooked and half raw
There is no one way to do everything . I like the cassava dough idea. It is a practical enhancement to the consistency. No different from how jollof or fried rice and many foods around the world has been improved!
@@mamat3775 wonderful idea, I think it will even make the kenkey very soft as well 😄 😊
@@augustinasarpong8719 is 1/3 precooked mix into 2/3 raw corn dough
Exactly
Thanks for taking us through the process, this really looks yummy 😋🤗
Everything good takes a process
it is, you can eat it with anything from sardines, to barbeque meat to strew and soups.
Hello Tatiana 🥰
I Love Kenkey My Sista😊
Nice appetizing thanks for sharing God bless you and your family 🙏 USA 🇺🇸
By the way, thanks I send you a hug from Mexico 🇲🇽😁
She makes it very clear and beautiful not too much fermented,
Taty! I really really enjoyed this video💥💥💥! And I am so touched by how you always profile those that will otherwise receive no visibility🎥. You allow them to shine on camera and they use their voices to tell their stories or explain their crafts📸. You are providing a remarkable service to the community as a whole. Not many do that in today's UA-cam world. Many promote themselves through and through. You have made showcasing the community the center of your UA-cam universe. Very smart and commendable📚. And your universe is unique among Ghanaian UA-camrs, which makes you stand out very successfully. You are great at this!!! Your energy and out-going personality complete the picture of success for you. That is why I always say never change. Like the Americans say, you have captured lightning in a bottle!!! The kenkey making process is fascinating and labor intensive💪🏾💪🏾. Now when we pay a few cedis for our kenkey, the complaints about price will be minimal🙂🙂. Again thanks for the content you bring us, and keep it coming!
❤️
So clean and neat. It looks 👌
looks very delightful 👌
Tati, We do not add Cassava Dough to Ga Kenkey. Perfect Ga kenkey is prepared with only corn Dough. No Cassava Dough is added.
Who adds cassava dough to proper Kenkey...ei
This is typical Ashanti kenkey not Ga kenkey
Ashantis do not make Kenkey!!!! Learn mumu!! That’s why it called Ga kenkey!!
Nice video, looks very soft just the way I like it, pls would you know the corn dough ratio for the cooked and uncooked, cos I realised she didn't use much uncooked dough to mix the cooked dough, and other videos recommended diving your dough into three parts, thanks.
Sister Tati may God bless you,you are the best, much love ❤️❤️❤️
I LOVE THIS 💖💖👏👏💖💖👏👏
To me that kenke looks so soft ,buttery an delicious.👊🏿😀
Couples small small fight can be funny sometimes 😅
Nice amazing food look delicious 😙😙❤❤
Delicious
Love your videos 💕 love from London
Aww that’s a good husband. lol they argue like myself and my hubby 🤣😂😂😂😂😂
Just discovered your channel and I'm loving it. Can we know how the kenkey sellers make their pepper and shito, they normally have a different taste than homemade pepper and regular shito
Good job Tatiana
🇬🇭🇪🇦
Thanks for sharing
Perfect kenkey
Thank u soo much. Can we get a video of how she makes the shito n red pepper please
You have tried, but cassava dough is not included in the authentic original GA Kenkey consumed by the Gadangmes. The afrata is cooked dough mixed with part of the fermented corn dough. You need to get the original Gadangmes whose staple diet is Komi (Kenkey) to give you the ingredients and preparation tips.
You don't need cassava dough for authentic Ga kenkey
I watch the whole video just for what they call aflata
I’m hereeee❤️
Tati have you heard, wonko di,wonko ni hahhaha. Slippery. ..stop the wow na u r making some of us miss home.
Happy Sunday to everyone watching,May our week be blessed 🤗❤️🙏🏻
Taty, great video. But the real Ga kenkey doesn’t cassava dough added
My Ga people, your comments are unhelpful. Obviously, people like her kenkey that’s why Tati is showcasing her work. This is her version and I bet it tastes great! This is somewhere in Sunyani and not Accra so be nice. 😊
Mmmmm kenkey dey bee ooo
😍😍😍
You look so good tho Tatiana 😍
I think the GA's uses aflata not cassava dough. Try and visit bukom and find out the real stuff they use. Thanks.. This komi(kenkey) looks delicious 😋
I have a video on Ga kenkey from bukom and they used cassava dough. So I’m surprised how people are saying they don’t use it
@@TatianaHaina cool. but I think you have to ask questions about it and hear what they have to say. Because I remember my grandmother telling me that now ppl are not using the aflata like before and it's not making the kenkey something something........... I forgot the exact words she used 🙏🤗
The Aflata should be cooked very well like banku and exact amount of corn dough used for the Aflata should be mixed with it . This way of making banku is not the original.
❤❤❤
👑
I'm sorry but we the Ga that's not how we cook our kenkye, we don't add cassava dough.
Nice tati

Otinshinu!
Please!!!! ooooo GA kenkey is NOT prepared with any additional cassava dough its corn dough through out. Am begging this method is not allowed 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
This is not GA kenkye. You don't need Cassava dough, in making GA kenkye.
This is banku oo not Ga Kenkey...I usually have stomach upset when I eat Kenley that has the cassava dough😅...that's how I know the difference
This is banku oo not GA kenkey ....I usually have stomach upset when I eat Kenkey that has cassava dough 😅...that's how I know the difference.
Please Ga Kenkey we don't add cassava dough, to it's. Not authentic Ga Kenkey. Stop that.
The original Ga kenkey needs no cassava dough and is different from the way she is doing it.
Ghanaian parents and petty fights 😂😂
this is not Ga kenkey..Ga's dont use cassava dough.
Abi oo.
I thought as much
Kenkey is Ga food. She should have come to Accra to do this not sunyani
Yes..come to Accra next time Tati...this particular one is misleading
Dis not real ga Kenkey, real ga Kenkey don't contain cassava dough
Oh so you didn’t taste it freshly made ooooh ah you should’ve tasted right after buying it
For original ga kenkey, cassava dough is not added. She doesn’t know how to do it
Eii...Tati. Ghana is treating you well paa oo. Look at your thighs and your backside. Lol. You looking good my sweet sis. 😍😍😍
No, no no cassaw
This is not how the original Ga kenkey is made
I didn't like the part where the woman was arguing with the husband. Uve got a very helpful husband pls don't do that again next time ok.
No big deal
Tatiana please delete this video because it is misleading. Go to bukom and learn the right process. Teach your audience the right thing. I like your videos but this is a no no
