    Did I hear you say eat grapes 1 to 2 times a month?! I eat them 2 to 3 times a week! Just a small handful each time. ❤

    Thanks for telling me that I'm doing the right thing, before I had seen this video. I'm also a type II diabetic. The only problem I have taking chemo, is sugar spike of 361. It takes me a week to get a high normal 130 something. Normally my glucose is 110 to 68, before chemo. I was trying to get off my diabetic medication. I will get off after I'm done with the chemo.

    Red grapes are good for Breast cancer, and if you eat them with yogurt ,flaxseed and walnuts, i mix it all together, it dosent cauuse blood sugar spike ,so i usually have around 8 once a week, i freeze them so they last ❤

    I'm going through chemo for the second time. I'm on two different chemo treatments. It's been extremely rough. I'm having a hard time eating and drinking.
