We recommend drilling holes in your vehicle only if you have the expertise - and confidence! If you don't feel comfortable, the magnet mounts are more than enough to get the job done 😄

The Overlander is designed to work with most mobile GMRS radios, so the FME to UHF Male PL259 adapter included with it should be able to connect to the MXT575's SO-239 UHF Female connector 👍 You can find more info on the MXT575's specifications on its product page: www.buytwowayradios.com/midland-mxt575.html

NMO mounts look really professional, but it's kinda scary drilling through your roof!
