I prefer this layout as the toilet is at the end of the kitchen and the shower place is at the right place.I also like the door...don't really like the sliding door.

When visitors come, tell them your house has 2 toilets. One enter from bedroom. For guest, pls use the other toilet in the kitchen.

The bomb shelter really took up alot of space. Sigh. This layout is the same as the Nov 2018 bto exercise for TENGAH... -_-"
This one when ballot one? Sqm bah not sqft. Much bigger than current 2rm bto.Tho it's near highway, damn dusty.
But I don't like the bomb shelter is place...take out too much space..got pro and con..
The layout wasnt tht gd.. actually why need 2 toliet door??? seal the room one can more put cabinet :D
