Moved my emotions mate, brilliant editing and was able to capture and remind me of the good time dring Harry's 3.5yrs in charge, just a shame that all of the England stuff happened really. Regardless though, i thank HR for all he did, for giving Spurs fans a reason to cheer and look forward to every game, to experience a slice of glory not felt for years.
The board never learn we haven't been the same since Harry departed, the football was a joy to behold it's just a shame he was never fully backed in the transfer window in the same way other managers have been,
what an incredible video, reminds me how important you actually were to our recent growth and some of the best times as a tottenham fan. Cheers Harry!!
awesome vid, arry will always remain in true spurs supporters hearts. He made us believe that we could be a big club once again, and left us some fond memories in that time.
Your videos are incredibly well made, out of all my subscriptions I always look forward to yours the most. Cant wait for the season to start for you to give us some more. keep it up mate
Martin Jol, Harry Redknapp, Mauricio Pochettino Those were the days. Dont think we will see spurs play high octane all action football for a long while boys.
***** Look at the players who have left the club since Redknapps career at Tottenham; Modric, Bale and Van Der Vaart. These three names speak for themselves in my opinion.
I can't believe they sacked him even though he managed to get 4th place again in 2012 but there was nothing he could do when Chelsea won the champions league and took their place resulting in harry being sacked
Nice video whoever made it. The good old days, reminds me of when I saw us win the FA cup under El Tel. I don't think we will be in that situation anytime soon.
I LOVE SPURSSSS!!! Great vid! Was one of the ones that wanted 'Arry out even after last years late slump for 101 reasons, but this vid will serve as a reminder to the good years we had under him! Crouch goal, beautiful and watching this reminded me of much I appreciate Daws. COYS!! In Levy I Trust. COAVB!!
Harry Redknapp is a Spurs legend, for bringing us some of the best moments in recent memory. He played the Spurs way and brought the best out of some fantastic players. Real shame that he perhaps 'took his eye off the ball' with the court case and then certainly with the England job.
I have a great feeling about AVB. Sigurdsson and Vertonghen signed and more to come soon hopefully. Lets hope for a great season. Oh and once again top notch video mate well done.
Looking back at this you realize what a missed opportunity those years were for us. When we got into the Champions League we should have shown more ambition in the transfer market and really pushed on from there. People like to praise Harry but forget the two blown FA cup semi-finals and the squandering of a ten point lead over Arsenal. He had a Spurs team which contained Van Der Vaart, Modric, and Bale yet he couldn't win any silverware with them (At least Ramos won a cup and that was with a worse team) and only get them in the Champions League once. Credit though of course for the Champions League run, the entertaining football, and three years of top 5 finishes.
Michael Dalton Your comment is pretty much spot on. Harry did a good job, but we didn't push on. Yes we did so well in the champions league first attempt and Harry did us proud, BUT and there is a BUT. We threw away two further opportunities to qualify for the champions league by dropping silly points against poor teams two seasons running. We also failed to get in a top top striker when everybody knew we needed one, and that problem carried on into AVBs reign and still carries on today. How can so many managers and the chairman ignore the same problem year after year. Then when the transfer window comes along we sign about 3 midfielders.
Harry gave us our Tottenham back. In recent years we had been left behind, swept under the carpet as the "nearlys, maybe next yearers" but now we are back. I am grateful for what Redknapp did for us, last season we played the best football I have ever seen at the lane and some great memories. But under AVB I think we can go further. We are starting a project which will lead to dominance, not just in London, but England and eventually Europe. There is an exciting path ahead of us, you ready? COYS
I was getting teary eyed in the first minute, let alone the rest! Amazing video, really well edited as well, makes me wonder why it isn't "August 2008 - Present" :(
This man.... He brought Tottenham where the deserve.... He maye made my best Spurs years in my life.... Althought he went to QPR I still have incredible respect for this man GOOD LUCK AT QPR!
great video, i could watch crouch's goal against city all day long, was sad to see harry go, but gonna get behind avb, following spurs is never boring anyway
I could never imagine supporting another team. Something so magical about Spurs. Of course I would love us to win titles, but for me there is only ever one club in the world. COYS!!!!!
Im a QPR fan and I love this btw! We're currently in the position you were in at the start of the video. I would love Harry to come to us with what he did at spurs! Come to Rangers Harry!!
With a new era upon us we have to get behind AVB and realise things are going to change and along the way there may be ups and downs but i'm confident if we're patient we can return to those great times again.
This man brought Tottenham back to where we belong and I will always say that he started spurs again. He brought us to the champions League. I am sad he will go but I will support AVB and hope that harry will come back to the lane to see what HE created. COYS!
All we can do is trust Levy knew what he was doing, be optimistic and give the guy time. Listening to a recent interview he has said he won't change the way we play too much, i just think we won't be stuck to a rigid formation like before and the team will set out differently depending on who we're facing. Like anything it can go either way, but as supporters if we don't support him and give him time we will only contribute to the TEAM failing and we don't want that. TBC
I'm a 17 years old Mexican boy who one day was watching the Champions League as usual, that day a important European club named Inter was going to play against an English club named Tottenham. That day, Gareth Bale lead the Spurs to a wonderfull match at San Siro. Some weeks later, i saw how Real Madrid robbed the match against Spurs with an unfair red car for Peter Crouch. Since that day i'm supporting Spurs with the hope of watching them win the PL, and why not, the CL. COYS.
@maxspurstannan.. Your wrong, Harry is only 52 years old, the reason the chairman sacked him was because tottenham had a 3 place secured in the EPL but then lost it to Arsenal then lost that 4th place to chelsea.
Which has to be top 4 every season and working towards fighting for the top places, alot will depends on sticking it out AND the new stadium being opened, i think when that is opened, with the new revenue, we will see a big jump in our on the pitch performances. Levy knows what he is doing, more often than not he's made good decisions and has def got better over the years. Lets be patient. Strikers are a must currently, i'm not against Ade coming back, he did well for us last season.
Great video as always Yidvids2. 'Arry shot himself in the foot, Lost focus when the England job came up and didn't say the right things when contact talks came up.. 2623willam is also right about not rotating the squad so players can rest up a bit.
The hallmark of Harrys regime was those "pinch me" moments. Not everyone warmed to harry as a man, he had slights of character, bursts of hypocrisy, digs at his own fans. But he came the closest anyone has come to reawkaening this sleeping giant, infact i would go as far as to say he did reawaken it. He brought glory glory nights back to the lane, he ended the arsenal hoodoos, he saw us topple the milan giants, he instlled the sort of glory glory atmopsheres that i had grown up hearing about.
i will always be grateful for that harry. its a gamble from levy but its also a show of great ambition, arsenal have put up with standing still under wenger for 7 years, levy as shown more guts then the owners down the road. Ill back avb till the hilt now, lets finish what harry started. COYS
no words can describe, what this man has done for this football club.
Absolutely love Harry. The man. The manager. Legend of Spurs.
Moved my emotions mate, brilliant editing and was able to capture and remind me of the good time dring Harry's 3.5yrs in charge, just a shame that all of the England stuff happened really. That Crouch goal still gives me goosebumps.....
The board never learn we haven't been the same since Harry departed, the football was a joy to behold it's just a shame he was never fully backed in the transfer window in the same way other managers have been,
Doing pretty good now
what an incredible video, reminds me how important you actually were to our recent growth and some of the best times as a tottenham fan. Cheers Harry!!
People don’t even realize it but Tottenham were so good under him. Players were amazing and they had such a nice run. I wish he was never sacked
awesome vid, arry will always remain in true spurs supporters hearts. He made us believe that we could be a big club once again, and left us some fond memories in that time.
i miss him... and modric, van der vaart, pavyluchenko... :( best spurs years of my life... thankyou harry... you will be missed.
Robert Cooper roman pavyluchenko is the goat
Even may have had better years since, COYS mate
Loved the way arry managed and Martin Joel
Thank you Yidvids2 for the best ever video on YT. I watch it nearly every day....
Your videos are incredibly well made, out of all my subscriptions I always look forward to yours the most. Cant wait for the season to start for you to give us some more. keep it up mate
no matter how often i look this video, still tears are pouring, so beautiful! HARRY IS THE BEST MANAGER!
Wow. Here few days after qualifying for the champions league final for the very 1st time.
How far we've come in 10 years COYS
Luka Modric and Niko Kranjcar are his luxury items in the jungle😂
He should never have been sacked...
Martin Jol, Harry Redknapp, Mauricio Pochettino
Those were the days. Dont think we will see spurs play high octane all action football for a long while boys.
Antonio Conte
We suffered enough, now we got Ange and will dominate again 😎
ever since harry left its boring spurs harry made spurs the most entertaining team in the league before avb came and ruined it all
***** Look at the players who have left the club since Redknapps career at Tottenham; Modric, Bale and Van Der Vaart. These three names speak for themselves in my opinion.
Should give the new managers some years like Redknapp did. So they can build up a team.
I can't believe they sacked him even though he managed to get 4th place again in 2012 but there was nothing he could do when Chelsea won the champions league and took their place resulting in harry being sacked
Don’t worry lads it’s not boring anymore
@@user-pz1eh2ec1o still prefer redknapps spurs
this video has almost brought me to tears..beautifully made. never know what you've got til its gone eh.
This is so well put together! Come back and watch this now and again :) Maybe being a bit nostalgic !! UP THE YIDS!
Nice video whoever made it. The good old days, reminds me of when I saw us win the FA cup under El Tel. I don't think we will be in that situation anytime soon.

Agreed. We really need a striker to bang in 20+ goals a season, and maybe, win us the league sometime in the next five years.
Harry Redknapp is a Spurs legend, for bringing us some of the best moments in recent memory. He played the Spurs way and brought the best out of some fantastic players.

Great video that sums up Harrys years in charge. Hoping for great success with AVB. COYS.

The best football video i have ever seen, Brilliant.
I thought you could have shown a bit more about the 2011/12 season. You lot finished 4th and had some top games.
This man.... He brought Tottenham where the deserve.... He maye made my best Spurs years in my life....
Althought he went to QPR I still have incredible respect for this man
GOOD LUCK AT QPR!
great video, i could watch crouch's goal against city all day long, was sad to see harry go, but gonna get behind avb, following spurs is never boring anyway
Tremendously underrated. One of our best managers.
Video made me emotional. Great job!
fantastic video. perfectly encompasses redknapp's time at spurs.
mate, what you've just made, a beautiful art.
Wow!!! Very nostalgic to be watching this in 2018🤩
When I remembered this I cried and I say One day "Totthenham Hotspur will be the best team in the world, it's just a matter of time"
I could never imagine supporting another team. Something so magical about Spurs. Of course I would love us to win titles, but for me there is only ever one club in the world. COYS!!!!!
Excellent mate, great job.
Song is called Breath me by Sia (some Australian bird)
This video brought a tear to my eye. Thanks Harry! COYS

the idea of the video and the title as well reminds me of my Barcelona movie.
anyway nice video ;)
great vid! we love you harry, and we own you for what you've done to this club.
Pure class gives Harry a fair shake......will miss him but hoping AVB can lead us to glory

I did a bit of research for you, and remembered the name from the commentary at the weekend. His name is Gary Taphouse (or something similar)
His sacking was harsh, finished 4th only for Chelsea to win the CL.
i can only thank Redknapp for an incredible 4 years and a truly memorable Champions League run, good luck at QPR. their in safe hands now :-)
wow . you've outdone yourself mr. yidvids
Stunning video! But can someone please tell me the name of the commentator at 1:04?

Can't wait for AVB's reign at Tottenham. It was time for Harry to go, but we have to remember what he did for our great club. Cheers H!
What a video! Brings it all back. The highs and the lows. I'm still gutted Harry has gone.

Hope, this will happen again in 2019/20 season...
Amazing as usual.
Its not Edin Dzeko, he played for Wolfsburg before joing Man city
Random question bro! I cant remember his name but he commentates for PLTV Premier League TV. Minds gone blank on his actual name tho... WHY?
Fantastic video, loved it!
Thanks mate, that is what I tried to accomplish.
There were some ups, and there were some downs.
i will always be grateful for that harry. its a gamble from levy but its also a show of great ambition, arsenal have put up with standing still under wenger for 7 years, levy as shown more guts then the owners down the road. Ill back avb till the hilt now, lets finish what harry started. COYS
