Thanks for the lecture, in "The World of Phyllis Haylor", a pioneer in English Dancing, Page 17, "It was decided once and for all the the English style of dancing was based on natural movement, as in walking,.." In the Industrial Nations, we do not have a standard in walking. If your walking is "Poor" your Dancing will be "Poor".Your lecture could easily go on for more than two hours on your subject of this lecture. In the "Gait Analysis" Perry, you are describing the Phase 1 (Initial contact) to Phase 2 (Loading response) [Drive].08/27/22 When I first watched this video, the instruction meant nothing ; rediscovering this video and watching again, my eyes were opened. Thanks Bjorn and Ashii.Summary of the Forward Drive is at 2:04 First Lower Second Resist Third Control Fourth Push Off Fifth Collection

Could you explain please, what is about position of split weigh. In the book by Alex Moor weight is equally divided between the heel of the front foot and the ball of the back foot. You show the front foot flat (instead of a heel) both forward and backward walk. Thank you.
