Nice summary 👏🏻. You didn’t mention his competitiveness, which on top of his IQ and physical gifts, could arguably bring him into the MJ/Kobe/Duncan level eventually. Witness his games against Giannis, Chet, and his last played game of the season against Jokic. His inner fire is just as tantalizing as his current ball skills.
Would love to see some videos covering certain teams outlooks like the Hornets, Pelicans, Grizzlies or Pistons. Feels like they all have high upside players despite underperforming and could potentially do interesting things next season.
Hi Terranova, I was wondering when you'd start doing your draft breakdown, so - I started watching your stuff around the 2021 draft and you have a very nuanced take on each rookie and you go into great deal on each of them. What do you think the spurs' draft will look like? I had them taking Topic but it was just revealed he has a partial ACL tear. I have them taking Stephon Castle with the 4th and taking Topic with the 8th, much in the way the nuggets took MPJ as a prospect who fell due to injury concerns, or more recently cam whitmore to the rockets.
I’ll probably do my draft content after I know which teams they are going to. Personally think the Spurs should take Rob Dillingham at pick 4 and one of the ignite wings if they fall to pick 8 tho
@@TerranovaBasketballStudy I agree, I really like the potential of Rob Dillingham, and he has a decently high floor as well. I really like a guy like Matas Buzelis or Stephon Castle if either of them are available at 8
Started watching him in France...I remember my brother called me when Spurs won the lottery pick. If he improves half the amount he did this last season, next season...it's over. If Spurs make the playoffs, he may win the MVP AND the DPoY
He’s already a top 15 player in the world, and if he improves like he did this season, there won’t be 5 players in the world better than him by the end of next season
If he improves from year 1 to year 2 like he did in europe the league is absolutely done for. For context here are his year 1 and year 2 stats in europe: 9.4, 5.1, 0.8 and 1.8 blocks per game in year 1 but in year 2 it jumped to 21.6, 10.4 2.4 and 3.0 blocks per game 😮 i know it wont be that crazy of a jump in the nba but thats absurd how much he improved from year 1 to year 2
saying this is the worst he will be undermines the development and growth he showed throughout the season. can't wait to see what the future has in store for him though. easily my favorite player rn
Saying this is the worst he’ll ever be isn’t undermining his growth (which is what the video is about), it’s saying that he’s arguably the most gifted player this sport has ever seen

if MIP can be given to a player who improved this much on the span of the season. 1st month vs the last moth is like night and day.
It’s crazy

I believe I mentioned it in previous videos about him but you’re 100000% correct in that assessment
Not to mention his 40 point game against the Knicks
I peeped the spur favoritism in this comment 😂
Great job man

He already had a three year level leap in 71 games in the NBA. It’s so over lol

Who do you think the Washington wizards might draft and who would you take for us
I think they'll draft Risacher. I would draft Holland
@@TerranovaBasketballStudy do you think Zaccharie risacher could become a star for us eventually if developed correctly

The money is nice but it doesn’t really matter as long as I enjoyed making it.
Since 2000...Kwame Brown?
😭😭😭
I dont think they will make the 2025 playoffs
That’s terrifying for the league cause the 2025 draft is loaded lol
Yea I wont mind one more bad season and getting one of those top 2025 prospects

As a SA fan I want them to tank ONE more year. We have another french prospect to feed SA. I give you Nolan Traoré.
As long as the hawks suck, spurs are good lol
