I have been playing phoenix for a while and i never knew about the bank flash. My very next game 1v1 i used it and he got flashed so it was an easy kill. Thank you
When defending the bomb in a 1v1, popping your ult will make them let go of the bomb. Use your ult to stall, not necessarily to kill. You don't have to win the duel, just jiggle peaking will buy you so much time. If you die in your ult too early, you'll lose an important advantage. Then when your ult runs out, you can fight it out because they'll have almost no time left.
Ngl, I used pheonix for the first time in competitive haven, I ended up top fragging with 34 kills 18-16. And I even got my first ace after a long time, pheonix is probably my main agent.
No. If this happens though and you don’t get it planted you can always go for a quick rotate to another site since an enemy likely heard the plant noise and you going back after the ult expired gives you that much distance closer to a different one.
You should also explain how to use Phoenix Util in 1v1's (post plant as attacker and retake as defender) and also Clutch situations (same stuff in 1v1's), I am a asc phoenix main, and I still have a lot to learn, and I am very conflicted about using my ult in a 1v1, as they can just circle around me, if they do it smart. I really hoped that you could've explained what to do in those Situations. (you could also break down how to win fights with no Util, or half Util? yk?)
Still very good video, I learned a bit, especially how to use my wall more efficiently (I struggle with that, but it's getting better.) and the flash tips also helped me out. I do have decent flashes, but don't know all varients, so you bringing them up is very very helpful.

the one thing i hate about phoenix is if you ult and lets say its a 2v5 and your other teammate is somewhere lurking, Flankers are gonna camp your ult like pussies they are
pheonix is a good duelist like in valorant a slow paced tactical game, its better to go slow and steady instead of fast yes you might ace with jett, raze or neon but the aiming and walking errors are too big i usually get shot out of the sky qhen playing jett or raze pheonix arnd reyna are goo for more slower pushes pheonix is more of a support and then reyna ggood for 1v1s
Something I love doing is dropping ult, flashing, and then peeking hot hands, and throw it at an enemies head. If they scoot me, I resp and use firewall
I feel like if phoenix got a dmg buff to his molly,length to his wall and a reduced time on his flash he would low key be able to compete with raze and jett

another tip for his ult is when it ends you can use the 3rd person view to your advantage

Another tip os if you bounce it of the floor close to you it goes pretty much straight so its good gor pop flashing through a smoke or fire wall
