En itse asiassa koskaan kokeillut gem of seeing -esinettä! Sehän on erittäin kätevä.
Pistohyökkäys on tosiaan hitaampi. Kakkosena tulee haukkaloitsu. En itse muista, että lohikäärmeeltä olisi koskaan avainta saanut, mutta bugin ansiosta moonstonen saattaa joskus löytää. Kiitti kommenteista :)
I use exclusively WinUAE for capturing. Tried FS-UAE also, but had some problems with display settings. I often use WinUAE built-in capture with Lagarith lossless codec, especially if I plan to do any editing. Amiga speedruns I've been recording with OBS just for convenience, to get the timer included in the video while capturing.
@@einokeino303 thanks for the fasr answer!. i am using Amiga Forever but i have a lot of problems with OBS who can't identify the game correctly somehow. i maybe switch to WinUAE . btw you know a good tutorial to use WHLOAD on WinUAE?
@@goldblatalex7516 ua-cam.com/video/qn944tMmQJY/v-deo.html This is probably the best WinUAE guide series on YT these days. You could also try window capture in OBS instead of game capture. But yeah, probably a good idea to get familiar with WinUAE.
What an amazing game. I never played it as I was too early on the Amiga 500 and never upgraded it and sold it in 1989. I had extra disk drive ofc, but no harddrive sadly.
Nobody I new had hd on Amiga, those were probably more expensive than the computer itself. Disk drives felt like modern technologogy then, coming from 8-bit computer era, when games often used to be loaded from casettes.
@@einokeino303 You had the A590 "Sidecar" scsi harddrive of massive 20Mb. I remember you could buy a package deal including Amiga 500 + 1084 monitor + 590 harddrive.
The 1084 was quite expensive but it really changed the world of Amiga compared to use the TV set. It's also compatible with a lot of other tech, like C64, C128, video player (It had SCART plug on the back) and the whole Amiga range.
@@jmp01a24 I bought my A500 used, got a good deal on it with lots of games. Didn't get into monitors until I got PC, when it was mandatory. Those were very rare also back then.
@@einokeino303 I'd go so far to say that the Amiga with monitor was a complete different world compared to the TV-set connection. It made the colours crisp, pixels clearly visible - no blurring, so you could read the standard font with ease. I never regret buying the 1084 which I still have today. I use it on the C64/C128 now, but it was on the amiga you really saw its true power. As a designer it was a must to own. It cost about 250,- GBP at the time. It also has a button for monochrome display (2 colours in green vs black). I think the C128 wanted that to get 80 coloums display in stead of the standard 40 character wide as on the C64.
Hey Eino! You still there? And future uploads planned? I hope to see 100 More DOS Games in 10 minutes. Examples including Master of Orion, Operation Neptune, and Warlords II.
Hi! I've mostly retired, too busy with irl stuff and don't have enough time or motivation to continue creating videos for free. I might upload something in the future, but nothing planned currently.
@@einokeino303 What games you think of long-playing in the future? XCOM UFO Defense and Terror From the Deep? Use OpenXCOM client for both games? But make it so the gameplay is as vanilla as possible.

Aaaaahhhh, good old Moonstone!! :-]
It's always a pleasure to launch it once in a while and have a blood bath blast!!! ;-)
Exactly! :)
Good to have you back, Eino. GG
What a great run of this Amiga throwback!
