    Not technically particularly impressive, but one of my most played 2p games from that time. Run could be faster for sure with better execution. Proper use of hack cancelling and potion stacking on ground is vital for fast kills. I got most important strats in so good enough. It's not possibly to instant kill any enemies with normal attacks unlike in the Genesis and Arcade versions.

    The ending of Golden Axe on Amiga was always a weird one ... compared to the one you get on Genesis... too bad Amiga did not got its later three sequels , guess the sales where not bouncing back

      Amiga version was more accurate to Arcade ending, but simplified ofc.

    Nice! I'm assuming the dragon breath is slower than just whacking em?

      Every type of attack, including dragons, seems to have the same damage value. With dragons you have to wait after each attack for the enemies to stand up. It might be worth while if you can corner 2-3 enemies at the same time, but keeping the enemies standing with hack cancelling should be overall faster if executed properly. There's lots of room for improvement in this regard with the run.
