Roman, I think that you did a great job on hiring a new employee's. This is one of the best car reviews I've seen on here for awhile. Very enjoyable to watch.
Been watching TFL since it was only Roman and Nathan reviewing old Lexus in like 2012. Great to see how the channel has grown. This is a great addition to the channel. Godspeed!
Calm down guys lol She is not the first Woman TFL presenter lol I believe Sara Lacey was the first. Then Emme Hall, who is now over at Edmunds, went on to be really famous reviewer and offroad racer!!
I just got this car in Blue Lagoon Pearl with a gray interior, and it's so peppy, even in Normal, I think. Shockingly great mpg too when I'm not driving it like I stole it
@@waychillbro yeah it was a hard choice. It was down to urban grey or blue lagoon I chose urban grey because I liked the golden or brass pearl. I love both colors.
Great video! Really enjoy these road trip reviews. I am so happy to see Honda is resisting the large touchscreen controls, which many companies are putting in their new models. I own a 2024 Subaru Outback and the touchscreen drives me insane! Good job TFL!
A warning for anyone planning on buying a new Civic. There's a STOP SALE on many models because of a high-pressure fuel pump recall. I was at a local dealer buying a 25 Civic Sport on their lot and wouldn't sell it to me because of the recall. I was very disappointed.
There's still a place for Nathan's take on things. Plus, because the channel goes way back to just him and Roman, Nathan is the only guy who can needle Roman endlessly about things like AARP, hair plugs and yacht rock.
I've been there! And it's way more beautiful when it's not freezing and covered in snow. Love the addition of the ladies to the channel. Keep up the awesome work.
You didn't see any black in the paint because that is not Cyrstal Black! I'm not sure why that was on the sticker. The 0-60 is being reported to be around 6.2 seconds. I wouldn't say that is slow or tired, especially for a car that is rated for 50/47/49 MPG. How were y'all able to get 70 MPG??? Please do a followup video with a MPG loop. Great job on the video! 👍
I think the lack of power you felt is probably due to the high altitude you were driving in. Most other reviewers have commented that this car has more than enough oomph
Nice detail on the little things that annoy or placate you through ownership One test i recommend adding for touchscreens: "the swipe test". Basically, how sensitive is the touchscreen to your finger moving slightly when you try to tap, to the point that it registers a swipe instead. Mine, for example, is way too sensitive, and drives me nuts
Civic hybrid really makes the Integra a hard bargain. It looks cool, but this has a nice ride and a lot of great features. Also nice job TFL for hiring some more women. You need some more prospective, and help widen your audience.
Hopefully you finally found some solid ladies to do some reviews!!! I appreciate the old guys bringing the wisdom on how the cars make you feel to drive and communicating that and also the young guys and seeing them improve so fast and having fun. Seems like you have a good company with how long everyone sticks around!
This is a great call, Roman. These two are a GREAT addition to the channel. More of this, less bickering between you and your son who seems to have a ton of daddy issues, and the channels will be fine.
"...A shmoke und a pancake. You know, a flapjack und a shigarette? No? Shigar und a waffle? No? Pipe und a crepe? No? Bong und a blintz? No? Well, then there ish no pleashing you..."
I really liked the mix of road trip and car review here. It would have been nice to hear a bit more about driving dynamics. The mainstream magazines mention a Sport mode that changes throttle response and also mention that the car is quicker than the Civic Si with 0 - 60 times in the low 6s; yet this review says the powertrain is a bit of a dog. Also, one of the main reasons for buying a car over an SUV is that they handle better, yet there wasn't a single mention of driving dynamics aside from a "smooth ride" and sluggish engine. Good first start though. The duo talking back and forth makes for a more enjoyable listening experience than a solo driver talking to a camera.
I was initially thinking "not enough car review" but you eventually had just the right amount of car review (for me). I drive a Prius and get about 46mpg in summer. That mpg looks impressive. Seems to not have AWD though. I think the Corolla does (will have to check). I wouldn't get the new style Prius. For some silly reason, which I think is the influence of car reviewers, they took away just about everything good about the Prius. As always, the drive "switch" (it is not a shifter) is taking up valuable space on the console (stupid). My Prius drive switch takes up about 2" x 2" on the dash and about 4" from my hand on the wheel (I don't need to look to find it). Suggestion: If reviewing a specific vehicle take a look at the tech details beforehand and make a bit of a cheat sheet (I think viewers don't mind at all if you even make it known that you are using reference bullets). Also, take a look at the car in advance and find interesting and quirky items to critique in a comical way. Sarah-n-tuned does this very well and I enjoy watching her reviews for entertainment even if I have no interest in the vehicle. I think if you do this you can quickly become the most popular reviewer at TFL. I think a bit of a focus on all the new fangled safety features, the good, the bad, the invaluable and the irritating would make a good highlight and be of interest to almost everyone. It's a tough job, bonne chance!
These additions will take the channel to the next level! You've got older men, younger men, and now females. Differing perspectives.
Bro really put, “men”, “men” and then “females” instead of “women” 😂
Thanks! We try to keep things interesting around here.
They picked the correct new employees
agreed

Love the different perspectives from the Leaf video with Mary and now this video. Appreciate all the work that TFL puts in.
6:00 it was at this point Mary realized "Oh wow... this chick REALLY is into cars 🙄" as you can tell Mary, is really not.
Urban Grey Pearl is the color. I just bought the same exact car for my daily. Put it in sport and it gets peppy.
The color is NOT crystal black. I weep for the future. DEI in full effect. This does not bode well.
@@MuniTechnology The boys get stuff wrong all the time. She knew what Nardo Gray was for God's sake. It's fine

Okay, this could legitimately be revolutionary for TFL. These girls are fantastic!
Fantastic? Both of them couldn't find out the exterior color which is Urban Gray Pearl.

Good info! Thanks
The girls crushed this video. So much more positive than a Nathan review. Description of the HAPTIC feel is spot on. Quality in this car.
I love Nathan
There's still a place for Nathan's take on things. Plus, because the channel goes way back to just him and Roman, Nathan is the only guy who can needle Roman endlessly about things like AARP, hair plugs and yacht rock.
Define crushed. 😢
@@MuniTechnology They did a great job. I like Nathan too but sometimes he is just negative about things too much,
@fscottgray9784 They got the color of the car wrong while they were staring at it. I liked the cinematography, but the review was really poor.
I've been there! And it's way more beautiful when it's not freezing and covered in snow. Love the addition of the ladies to the channel. Keep up the awesome work.
Great to see the team expanding and offering additional thoughts and review perspectives.
*Bechdel test failed within first 2 mins :)
I wouldn't call the civic hybrid slow, considering its faster than SI.
Quicker*
Love the new addition to tfl.
Refreshing review. Look forward to more. Great hires!
Love the vibe in this video. 0:55 At first I thought he asked "Do you guys like creeps?"
I really enjoy this review, Jen did a great work!
80% of the video was about crepes 😅.
It's supposed to be a CAR REVIEW. There is far too little information about the car.
Great review. Great team additions. Been a subscriber for a few years now and I like how the channel has grown. Keep it up.
Thanks for your continued support!
The acceleration is great especially with the 200 horse power combined. Smooth ride and comfortable
Great new addition to the team, welcome! You guys are always changing things up and adding new styles of videos to keep it interesting…LOVE IT!
Excellent review ladies!! Appreciate the honesty and being thorough😊 and that crepe looked pretty 😋. Looking forward to more reviews like this 😊

I already own the Hybrid Sport. It’s great! I got into this video because of their vibe. Loved it!
You're right touchscreens need buttons '!
I hope to see a lot more of these ladies; they bring a different perspective.
Nice to meet the ladies on the crew. Good job on the first review.
I think the lack of power you felt is probably due to the high altitude you were driving in. Most other reviewers have commented that this car has more than enough oomph
You forgot to mention NO A/C vents in the back seats or phone chargers. Nice Honda I like the hatchback in the same color.
You forgot to show and play with the drive modes
Nice detail on the little things that annoy or placate you through ownership

BTW, is that 70 MPG or even 50+ MPG real? Maybe TFL should do a Denver 100 for this car?
@@is6566 My 5 yr old Camry gets 50mpg under the right circumstances so ya it's real but I 100% support your idea for a Denver 100 run.
70mpg *going down hill*
Not once was road noise mentioned. And it was loud.
Great work TFL team!! 👍
I can't wait for manufacturers to realize that people hate having ALL the controls on some page in a touch screen. Bring back buttons and knobs!
It’s odd how Honda has “hybrid” just randomly on the steering column
Great video and review. Missed talking about that it's a Hybrid and that's why the engine peaked out on RPM. Over all great video.
I think Honda gave you the wrong monroney label. This is Sonic Gray Pearl
Sorry Gals, that is not a crystal black Civic, it’s an Urban Grey. Other than that, great review.😎
Nice addition to the team. You earned a new subscriber.
We’re glad to have you!
Was the car driven in "easy mode" with the power and torque dampened or what? These are more powerful than the Si.
Nice review. Wish you and the channel well.

that Tatraplan on the wall 10/10
The paint is Urban Gray not Crystal Black. The sticker sheet must be from another car.
Some of us Timmys know colors
You both did a great job! That Civic's color is Urban Grey Pearl. Crystal Black Pearl very black.
Great job ladies! Hope to see another from y'all soon.

When in any video do they fight?
I remember Andre’s first car review, but now he’s very much entertaining. He does great. This is quite entertaining as well, great content.

Awesome video
The audio from the in-car camera needs improvement. It was bad in the Leaf review too.
most reviewers mention the power/pep/torque of the car. being mostly electric drive..... hmm
mabe your comparing too much to muscle car.
I have never heard the boys say to each other any comments about their hair 🤭
Anybody that knows Keystone knows that you don't go there in the off season. for food or fun. Nothing happening!
Roman sent them on a snipe hunt.
I enjoy the amateur review.
The Nissan leaf was good too.
Still love my Staples at tfl.
Ike!
This is a surprise! Good job on the review. TFL just keeps getting better!
Mary is just awesome in front of the camera- very fun personality but maybe not the car enthusiast Jen is, great team.
I made it 3 minutes in…that was enough.
A sophisticated mature vehicle!
Would be better to do the walk around in the beginning before starting to drive.
76 mpg?!?!?! Why can't my 5000lb truck do that ??
Yes I hope the screen fad ends soon but see far to much effort going into more screens as if that is the only way to define and build a software car.
Roman is the type of guy to hire two pretty girls to do his job for him while fetching him crepes.
Interior is too dark. Cant see much of the car despite HD video.
Just say I like crepes Ricky Bobby
Nice move Roman, using new employees as company grub hub!
Welcome Jen, great first impression! Mary isn’t new guy anymore!
See ya!

Did you drive it to the dealer for the recall?
I70 is a mess here in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. I had a 2 hour delay crazy nuts .
