Great concept but VERY frustrating...There are NO instructions on the package or on the website! So, I used my normal cotton thread on top...With my Oliso on cotton, I could not get this to melt enough to stick to the fabric but I can't pull off the top thread because I used cotton. I shouldn't have to search UA-cam for an answer...No info on the website and customer sevice could not help - Other than to suggest that I search UA-cam. Superior, you have let me down.

Your video keeps stoping. I have internet through my cable co. and it is extremely fast so it is not my internet.
