I've had 2 back surgeries,a fall and suffer with depression, trying to get back on track with life especially watching you. I'm soon to be 69 and when I grow up lol I want to be you. As we were passing through today from Maine back to Florida we stopped at Antiques Marketplace of Lemoyne and I scored a cobalt blue fire and light covered container! The comps look to be between $150-$300! Never thought I would find a piece in the wild. The only way the day could have gotten better is if you were there shopping today and I could have gotten to meet you and thank you for teaching me so much about glass and antiques.

Greed Will gets all their stuff for FREE and it’s true what everyone is saying about them. They have forgotten that they are a THRIFT store and should not be competing with World Market Ebay prices vs. Local market. Ridiculous.
@@rashellegallegos7949 it's no different than when a person buys an item from Goodwill, say for $2.99 and lists it on a website asking hundreds of dollars. Why do you think Jocelyn is buying items cheap......is she greedy when she is asking 100 times the amount on an item. Are all resellers greedy asking for way more than what they paid?
@@marym4510 I used to work for Goodwill as well, 35 years ago..... I worked in wares and priced the items. I was an antiques dealer as well. I knew the value of most of the items coming in. I agree, pricers get a bad rap, even the ones before eBay and the internet.
Some stuff is worth the higher price, but not 10 bucks for a decapitated figurine. 😂If the item has a giant crack or a ton of chips that needs to be taken into account.

That was definitely a Dodge Ram hood ornament. We had an ‘87 Dodge Ram that had the same one. I think my husband kept it too.

There is a doll with a green dress on that you picked up in this video to look behind it. It's definitely not worth anything but I was given one as a child. Though they were sold through one of the grocery stores here in town back in the early 80's I've never seen another one until you held that one up.

My Sissy did also. I bought her tons. When she passed July 26th 2021. Our Sweet Momma was on Hospice Care also. I was distraught and took Family up to her apartment and everyone picked out items. I had picked out some beforehand. I donated everything to a charity in town that was having a garage sale fundraiser. It would have pleased my Sissy to help this particular charity. But I wish I had boxed up some of her collections and dealt with it later. Every time I see an owl like she had or would have liked it's hard to walk away. But it does make me smile ❤

My father-in-law had one of those rams off his dodge truck that was totaled . He made sure to remove that . His was really heavy metal though.
