Yes it is very peaceful here and would make a great wellness center. It is a luxury I will miss, to have different fruit everyday of the year has been a blessing🐸❤️thank you
I hope you can get this land sold. Commenting to bump the video in the algorithm. You're right that most holistic growers aren't in the position to afford the land, but its amazing, and beautiful. Definitely could be a great U-pick or market fruit seller, if someone picks it up and does that.
There are plenty of money earning schemes that could be implemented, unfortunately the land alone has become so valuable the fruit trees are looked as a nuisance by most that buy in this area🐸❤️it will sell🙏🏼thank you
@@floridanaturalfarming3367 I live in a neighborhood with homes going on 80 years old and the prices are through the roof (1 million for 0.09 acres). It's so sad seeing decades old fruit trees being felled and replaced with turf grass and reprehensible home infrastructure (mcmansions, mc-condos). I've tried to save seeds from the ones I am alowd to.
I have heard of people selling unique properties by means of a raffle or sweepstakes. Have you looked into that? We live in North FL and wow, wish we could afford this!
LOL, no there will not be any raffle, just a standard sale🐸it is a nice place, plenty of people want it and thankfully we do not have to sell🐸❤️thank you
@@chessman483 unfortunately 10 acres of raw land in this area is about 1 million but you can pick up a nice house on 5 acres next to the landfill for around 1 million
@@floridanaturalfarming3367 yes we were lucky here in Australia as we got 33 acres of good land but massively neglected for years. We are slowly bringing it back to life. Really at that tipping point now of the place exploding. Place probably doubled in value already , not that we will sell but we couldn’t afford it now. So lucky we got it at a steal .
@@chessman483 Nice, Floridas used to be very inexpensive, now the entire state is mostly very expensive especially if you need any amount of land🐸Some areas like Vero Beach have become ridiculously expensive for any amount of land especially if it is in the right location🐸unfortunately all my fruit trees add zero dollar value to the price, majority of Vero Beach shoppers want 10 acre lawn🐸❤️thank you
Who ever buys your place will be lucky. Would be a great place for a fruitarian or someone wanting a place for raw food retreats.

I will give you 1 million
Call the neighbors realtor his 4.74 acre lot is available in your price range for $895,000
Eric said they had spent $800k on seeds and plants alone. So on that basis $2 million would be cheap.
