I wish someone would come and show me how to do this out of the box instead of making videos of the thing already put togther and filled. and explain why this or that.
@@daliaslittleworld2174 ya I get that part for sure. Even on a keg still set up having it welded and buying all the stainless and copper building my own Liebig, coolers pump etc I'm well over a grand in my set up
❤ Thank you very much !
The device was sitting for days on the balcony floor waiting to be assembled.
I am so happy it was useful for you! Hope you distill something good!
Thank you for the help just picked one up and I was struggling 😂
I am glad it was useful.

If you take the nut off the bottom, the same lever can be used like a wrench on both valves . 🙂
Thanks for the video. It explains clearly the procedure. Just a question. Will it smell a lot in the house? Any tips from your end.
@@jacobkvarghese6489 no, mine didn't smell. I made a fruit wine (quince), and later distilled it. While distilling - no smell.
Thank you, you are super crafty!
Thank you for your input. I am glad this video was useful
Super useful, I had ordered a 3 gal and couldn't find much info on it so your vid is perfect, thanks again

That is a good point. I will do that in the near future and let you know
can I ask for grappa which temperature is good?
Mine works well at about 185 F
How long to distill water?
I haven't tried it yet... sorry
All alcohols are different and need different temperatures. It’s the vapor temp that’s important
true. It also probably depends on the amount of liquid distilled
Is. She. 4. Real.
Yes
Small still , small cuts. They are easy to upgrade the thumper size and the condenser size. Good still for appt distilling and beginning.
True. For beginners. Still I find it so useful, and didn't want to spend a lot of money, before learning the process.
