Y'all, don't forget that Claudia Jordan got kicked to the curb and fired by Rickey Smiley back in the day because she tried to do shi* behind his back and this was why when TGIF started, he gave Gary With Da Tea (who was an original member of the group) the choice of sticking with his morning show OR do TGIF but he don't want any connection with Claudia, direct or indirect. Claudia's hands aren't clean, MAYBE she wanted to keep Funky's money down (she did a live talking about budget cuts at FOX soul), likely she is making more and so is Al and not wanting to pay funky hi coins so him going live proves HE can pull in the views on his own. TGIF was pulling on 3k to 4k views when Funky was doing 14-19k per night. Neither Claudia nor Al had the social media pull that Funky & Gary did, those 2 men were the ones who had a strong social media following and TGIF benefitted from them greatly, If You know your worth and the value u bring to your job, if the job don't wanna pay u fairly and u know u can make that money and more on your own then go off and do your thing. Anyone can calculate approx. how much Funky makes on one video, UA-cam pays approx $18 per 1000 views, his first video live had 249k views, do the math, that's just one video (there were 14k people watching the live, TGIF has 3.2k live viewers at that same time)

They probably only tuned in to Funky all week, cause they were waiting for him to tell the real deal. But he still didn't. He blindsided his coworkers and left them high and dry.
