I gave up on sugars 3 years ago, but watching you eat those fantastic delicate petite pastries gave me quite the sugar high. lol Another great tour on your part, thanks.
Who knows which criteria are used to proclaim the best pastry chef in the world?! Pasticceria Dalmasso (Avigliana and Almese (To)) won the 2022 competition.... I happen to live very near to those two towns but I don't believe much in these kind of ranking when it comes to food...🙂 Check Pasticceria Caffetteria Stratta dal 1836 and "Farmacia del Cambio"
dear you must maybe specify to english speakers odiens that most of the filling you call "cream" its actually custard if you say cream people expect to find whipped cream ( la panna), but its just custard which we italian call crema pasticcera ( made of egg yolks and milk plus suga flour and lemon or vanilla) saluti :)
Those all look so yum! And I love the sound of the cicadas in summer ❤️
Those pastries look amazing!
You remind me of a close high school friend who passed away many years ago. Thx for sharing these wonderful pastries!
