You’ve convinced me🙋🏻♀️ I’ve been studying what I THOUGHT WERE ALL THE SHARk models…exhausting. I definitely wanted one with duoclean, powerfins, long battery life, clean sense iQ and an lcd screen. The removable battery pack witH AN EXTRA battery is a huge selling point for me! know, I know, not asking too much at all, right 🙄 But now I’m undecided between this one and the cordless Stratos smh. Any input? It would be greatly appreciated! I’m gonna dig through some more reviews on here. Thanks for alerting me to this model!
Powerfins are the game changer! A year or so later after a 100 charges or so, the battery life has declined. We'll get maybe 10-15 minutes on a battery now, and we understand that's typical. That's usually enough for a quick clean or for the car. We use our corded for the big carpets - much more power. Haven't tested the Stratos, but looking into it.
Did you buy yours on amazon in the exact place you linked? thats the only place i could find the one that came with 2 batteries but I'm always hesitant to purchase things from amazon.
YES! We buy virtually EVERYTHING from Amazon (except food). Here's a tip. Look for things that are SOLD BY and SHIPPED BY Amazon. Zero troubles and super easy returns. It's when you run into things that are *not* SOLD BY and SHIPPED BY Amazon that the return policies may be different. We should do a video on this.
This almost seems like it has to be a sponsored video lol So I’ll ask was this purchased or donated to the channel for review? Really excited to get mine but have a couple more days before it will be here. Great video tho thanks for the info! ✌️
@@Frenchcoconut32 Nope!! I love it. It sweeps up pet hair like a pro. Only downside is if you sweep up anything larger like a wrapper or anything other than dust or dog hair it usually gets clogged and I have to either take it apart or it gets stuck in the fins and just have to pull it out.
Shark knocks Dyson out of the water in my opinion. I feel like the Shark designs are so much more practical and they work great! I do not think I will by a vacuum that is not a shark ever again
@@FreshandFelicia so it was clogged at bottom making the noise, so when i took it apart and blocked fliw with my hand it made same noise. In conclusion it need some free air flow or it makes the noise. And my hand test just screwed me all up..thanks again
The biggest problem with this entire series of vacuums is that you can't remove the brushroll to clean either it or the plastic top. Over time, that plastic starts to look disgusting. The front roller comes out, but the back one doesn't so you can't wipe that top off. Good vacuum, but I like to be able to clean mine.
If you're vacuuming blood, poo, and body parts in some sort of cult horror film workshop, this may not be the vacuum for you. However, in a normal small home or apartment situation, ours STILL kicks butt in 2023 with plenty of power and battery life. Recording an updated video soon. This was not a paid review - we bought this on our own recognizance after extensive research. We stand behind our review.
Honestly, this vacuum cleaner is insanely amazing. Links to our Amazon Affiliate store here:

Thanks for the comparison between this and the older model. Couldn’t find a video with that. Buying it!
Thank you! Do you love it?
Just ordered mine today can’t wait to get it Wednesday
Awesome! Still working great a few months later.
Going to buy it now awesome review!
It is amazing! You'll love it as much as we do!

I seldom comment on video, but man, that was a fantastic overview and review.
Thanks so much! We try to be straight up, honest, and informative AF.
Not gonna lie - I loved my 363 you sold me on last year. But this is a game changer. Ordered. You are like my quan of suction.
I think that's a compliment. It certainly doesn't suc!
Does the base connect directly to the vacuum (without the stick extension). Thinking of using this for stairs, have you tried that? If so, how was it?
Yes! The entire stick comes off and you can attach the various attachments. Or you can leave it on to reach hard to reach places.

No we bought this with our own money, they do not sponsor us at all. This is a 100% honest review. We are still using it!
I have read reviews about this sending a shock though because of the duo fins. Have you had any issues or heard about this? Thanks!
Nothing at all. Haven't felt anything strange, and we've used ours at least twice a week for about a year.
@@FreshandFelicia Great! I just ordered this model from Amazon on Prime Day! I'm excited to get it.

3:00 there's Emma!
Not too sure why this only shows up in Amazon for both Canada and USA... and not on their official website ?
Maybe it’s so powerful it’s ILLEGAL in some places!
Why would mine make a fluttering sound from the motor. Only when suction is made, even with the tubes off of it
That's weird! Check and see if something is stuck in the top of your tube. Plastic or paper can sometimes cause that sound.
@@FreshandFelicia dam i didn't think of looking in that part of tube, thanks

@@jc06gsxr600 Oh no. Probably something lodged in the air pump. Time for a warranty call! They'll probably just send you a new one.

This is true. It does look a little gnarly. But it's still super effective even after all this time
Are you still enjoying this? Any complaints at all at this point?
None - it's STELLAR! Favorite all time vacuum cleaner!
It only comes with one battery.
Ours came with two.
You might have a different model number.
@@CaptainCock-Strong Dude, you have the best user name, lol.
I bought mine based on your review. What a total piece of junk. I’m not sure if this is a paid review but you are waaay off IMO
